About Little Trevothan Camping and Caravan Park

Away from the hustle and bustle of Cornwall's better-known resorts, Little Trevothan delivers a more relaxing holiday without overcrowding near the charming village of Coverack. Both electric grass pitches and hardstanding pitches can be found here, ideal for a touring or camping break. Head to the crescent beach only a 20 minute walk away, or explore the many coves and villages along the rugged coastline of the Lizard Peninsula. Many major attractions, such as the Lizard Point, are within reach, but you return to a more peaceful site. It really is the best of both worlds. Whether it's bird watching, wildflowers or a gentle stroll along the coastal path with its stunning views, the people who visit this site and Coverack have been coming back for years. This camping and caravan site is a little gem in a lesser-known part of Cornwall, but your first visit will rarely be your last! The spacious camping field is 12m by 8m and offers level grass pitches for tents, trailer tents and smaller campervans. The touring field is suitable for caravans, reasonably sized motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents - with sturdy hardstanding pitches, complete with grass space dividers. The holiday caravan field sits six grass touring pitches, perfect for multi-pitch tent bookings!

A note from the site themselves...

Our family moved to Coverack at the start of 2017. At this time the park was in need of a little love and attention and so began our improvement plan. We are proud of the upgraded facilities we now have at Little Trevothan, and our regular guests look forward to seeing what changes have been made from year to year. We hope you love it here as much as we do, and enjoy the community spirit in the picturesque fishing village of Coverack.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2024

Depending on what your going for, in the middle of nowhere but lovely and quiet. Walking distance to Coverack. Steep walk back but worth it. Lovely clean, well looked after site. We were on pitch T24 and had no TV signal or Wi-Fi.

Site's response

Thanks for your review and for staying with us at Little Trevothan, and we hope you will visit again. We love that you found our site peaceful and well looked after. We have cut back some branches on T24 and around this morning so wi-fi is now connecting and that should improve tv reception as well. Guests, please do let us know of any problems whilst you are with us, normally these can be rectified quickly.

Lovely site, worth a visit

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesOct 2023

You do need to follow the route advice given or you will have big problems. Lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Our grass area was a little soggy but it was a very very wet weekend. Highly recommend. The facilities were brilliant. Beautiful area.

Site's response

Thank you for staying with us and for your kind review. We do send out driving directions so guests can avoid those little narrower lanes we have in Cornwall. Glad they worked for you! Hope to see you again.

Smashing site, very well kept and clean

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesOct 2023

Excellently kept grounds, with a closed of dog run/play area. Very peaceful stay. Just over a mile walk down to the coast (Coverack I believe) where you'll find a chip shop and a bar or 2. Great place for a stop.

Site's response

Thank you for stopping over with us and for your review. We hope to see you again.
