Ernie's Plot is nestled just two minutes from welcoming Bridport, and ten minutes from the iconic Jurassic Coast of Westbay. With stunning views of Colmers Hill, this adult-only site offers eight spacious hardstanding pitches. Ideal for any tourer or caravan. Dogs are also welcome onsite.
This is an adult and dog friendly campsite. With views towards Colmers Hill with fantastic sunrises and the beautiful surrounding countryside, early risers may catch a glimpse of the wildlife deer and foxes The eight pitches are open all year round, with double width hard standing. Each pitch has its own water supply and electric hook up, these are coin operated. The facilities offer two modern separate toilets (Code to enter) with each having a shower which is operated with a 50p coin. One cubicle has underfloor heating. The site is a ten min walk from the Symondsbury Estate which has a pub on route the Ilchester Arms, worth a visit for good food. The estate has a café, shops, art and crafts, and a small animal farm. Bridport town is about a 20 minute walk or five minutes on the bus, with a stop situated outside the site down the road. The town hosts a market every Wednesday and Saturday selling locally grown produce, with many places to eat and drink.

Weymouth and Abbotsbury (the gardens are worth a visit) have beautiful coastal views of the Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach. Charmouth and Lyme Regis are both famous for fossil hunting and home of Mary Anning and situated along the Jurassic coastline.
