About Mendennick Farm Campsite
This camping and touring site is an ideal Cornish getaway for those looking to explore the Rame Peninsula. With easy access to the B3247, you're within a 10 minute drive from many villages and sandy beaches including Cawsand and Whitsand Bay. The site is spread across two open grass fields with spacious non-electric grass pitches for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Enjoy fantastic views of the Tamar River and Plymouth from the comfort of your pitch! On site, indulge in (arguably) some of the best pasties in Cornwall from the bakery, or enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or cake from the café. Guests are also welcome to start a barbecue for a delightful outdoor experience. No need to leave your furry friend behind, dogs are welcome here.
The site is open for selected dates between 26th May and 8th July
Facilities include toilets and hot showers. There is a little cafe called The Salty Dog on site, which serves freshly cooked breakfasts and lunches. There is also a bakery called Cornish Pod Pastries, serving delicious pasties. Bike hire available on site too.
There is a Premier selling essentials within a five minute drive or 15 minute walk away. The local village pub is also within a 15 minute walking distance called Bar Tusker, and there are a couple of high-end restaurants nearby.
