About Winchcombe Camping and Caravanning Club Site
The attractive town of Winchcombe features many Cotswold stone buildings, plenty of places to eat and is home to the Folk and Police Museum as well as historic Sudeley Castle, which has lovely gardens and a pheasantry, and was home to Catherine Parr, the last wife of Henry VIII. There is lots of great walking nearby, including the Winchcombe Way, a long distance trail around the hidden gems of the northern Cotswolds. Non-members welcome.

The site is also an easy driving distance from a number of Cotswold towns and villages, including the picturesque Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Tewkesbury - famed for its timber-framed buildings and Abbey - and the Georgian spa town of Cheltenham, which hosts annual jazz and literature festivals and is home to a National Hunt race course.
