This picturesque and secluded site offers breathtaking scenery while being close to many of Scotland's best attractions, just a few miles from the town of Aberfeldy and 17 miles from the famous Pitlochry. Ideal for those outdoor lovers and hikers, the site is conveniently located between the Cairngorms, Loch Lomond and Trossachs. The natural surroundings are everything here! It's nestled close to Glen Lyon - often described as the longest and best glen in Scotland and bordered by a deer park containing over 50 red deer. It's also in the shadows of Schiehallion, one of Scotland's most impressive mountains. There are ten spacious camping pitches available, suitable for tents. For tourers, you'll find 14 fully serviced hardstanding pitches, each with electric hook-up, water supply and drain. For those who prefer glamping, you'll find a quirky shepherd's hut with fantastic views of the hills and deer park. Sleeping up to two, the hut is fully insulated and includes electricity, water and a kitchen sink. Grab your morning coffee or treat yourself to a slice of cake from the cosy cafe on site. Complete with a wood-burning stove, it's great for those chilly mornings. Forgot the essentials? There's also a small shop too. Dogs are welcome but not in the shepherd's hut.

The site is central to many of the stunning Scottish Munros. It is located at the foot of Dun Coillich, where you can find many beautiful marked walks - some of which lead directly to Schiehallion.
Aberfeldy and the surrounding area is home to a wide range of amenities, including shops, eateries and tourist attractions. Visit historic Castle Menzies, explore The Birks of Aberfeldy or sample the local whisky at Dewars Aberfeldy Distillery.
Kenmore is just 6 miles away and is the gateway to Loch Tay.
