More than just an overnight stop on the way to or from Scotland, Jedburgh Camping and Caravanning Club Site is both close to the town of the same name with its host of attractions and a lovely place to stay while exploring the Scottish Borders.
This is a small campsite ideal for walkers and those keen to see more of two countries. Here you'll find just 50 pitches, with one field reserved for camping in tents and lined with trees that provide excellent shelter. Non-members welcome.

The town of Jedburgh can be accessed by bus or a lovely 20 minute riverside walk from site, and features a two-mile historic town trail taking in a variety of attractions including Jedburgh Castle Jail, Queen Mary's House and Bonnie Prince Charlie's House.
Other local walks include St Cuthbert's Way and the Borders Abbey Way, both of which pass very close to the site. Harestanes Countryside Visitor Centre also offers tempting nature-based activities for visitors.
While further afield you can enjoy views of the River Teviot at Monteviot House Garden.
