If you are looking for a relaxed site where you can expect a warm welcome, this family friendly park could be the perfect choice. Set amongst the Shropshire countryside, the site provides wonderful rural views within a 20 minute walk of pubs and a delicious American smokehouse. The site offers a total of 20 electric grass pitches, suitable for both tents and tourers. Each pitch measures 8m x 5m with a 16 amp electric hook up, allowing up to six guests. If you're looking for a little bit of luxury, the site also has two cosy camping pods on offer. The fully insulated pods each come with electric/oil heating systems, a ceiling fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and TV/DVD player for entertainment. One pod sleeps two adults, whilst the other sleeps two adults and up to children under eight, both with sofa beds. Bedding and kitchenware are not provided. For nights in the open, BBQs and fire pits are both welcome. If you want to cook up a tasty breakfast, the site can also deliver you fresh eggs and home cured bacon, what better way to start the day! Don't forget to make room for your four legged friends in the car too, with up to two dogs allowed per pitch. The site is also surrounded by great walking routes, perfect for them to stretch their legs. Pets are not allowed in the glamping pods, sorry.
Abdo Hill Farm is open from 05/01 to 30/11.
Facilities include modern toilets, showers and a children's play area. Fresh produce is available to order and you can also purchase Calor Gas.
Opposite the site, you will also find Redwood Smokehouse with Newcott Fish and Chips a minute away down the A41. Little Waitrose At Shell Ternhill is also just five minutes away for picking up any essentials.

Beautifully kept area with clean facilities. Ideal if you want to get away from hussel and bussel. Very peaceful. My daughter loved the play area. Site manager very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for one night to test our campervan Site is quiet at night, facilities are spotlessly clean and the owner is very welcoming. Short walk to licensed fish and chip restaurant and a steakhouse. I would definitely recommend this site.

If you're for glorious walking routes and beautiful vistas, Hawkstone Park Follies are just 15 minutes away. With over 100 acres of parkland, there are miles of walking trails to explore with wildlife and follies to see along the way.
Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World (25 minutes) are perfect for entertaining the little ones. The family attraction has giant realistic models of dinosaurs with exotic animals to see, including lemurs, parrots and meerkats. There are also indoor and outdoor play areas, great for burning off some energy.
