Wantisden Park is a peaceful haven situated on a private estate within the Suffolk Coast AONB. Soak up the scenery as you look out to the surrounding woodland and plan your daytrips to the beach from a selection of grass pitches for tents and tourers or treat yourself to a stay in a range of pods, shepherd's hut, roundhouse and wooden tents. Some of these even include a fabulous hot tub!
Anyone from nature lovers to those looking to laze under the sun are welcome here. There are a range of pitches catering for the traditional tent camper to guests looking for a bit of glamping luxury in a pod, shepherd's hut, roundhouse and more. Grass pitches cater to tents and tourers and include optional electric hook up with easy access to the onsite facilities. Glamping takes the spotlight, however, in the shape of pods including the Birch Lodge pod and Bluebell. The family friendly Birch Lodge can sleep up to four adults and two children and includes a double bedroom with 24 inch TV, bunkbeds, and a double sofa bed. Bluebell is a traditional handmade pod, ideal for couples, with plenty of space to move around in a fully equipped kitchen, double bed and bathroom. Outside on the decking is the hot tub looking out over the woodland. There are also four wooden tents onsite including two single beds, lighting and heating. They are also close to the shared site facilities. For couples, the King's Oak roundhouse is the ideal romantic escape. Inside is a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with walk in shower and double bed. Bed linen provided. Outside, you'll enjoy use of a private veranda and a delicious hot tub.
