What a picturesque and beautiful place to stay. The pod was more than beautiful and more than I expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The hostess was amazing, I even got some beautiful freshly laid eggs. The site is quiet yet there are other families so my daughter go to play. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be booking again.

Great stopover site for us for onward journey, as we live not too far away. Fantastic host who goes the extra mile, lovely flat grass site, well maintained, clean facilities, walking distance from town and the castle. Could do with another loo during busy times. Dog friendly and good walk down very quite lanes. We hope to be back.

The campsite was surrounded by majestic views and the cows grazing in the fields added to this. The facilities were lovely and clean and the showers nice and hot. Only downside is there wasn't enough toilets, the reason for the 4 stars. We left a day early due to the weather forecast, but would like to revisit one day.

This is a fantastic site. Immaculately kept with the cleanest of facilities. Celia, our host, was so helpful. We got a text before we set off with postcodes and a welcome message. Toilets, showers and washing up facilities were so clean and well looked after. 10 to 15 minutes walk saw us in the village, but a very short drive gets you to a supermarket for supplies. This site was exactly what we were looking for. Oh and Jess, the sheepdog (this is a working farm) will check in on you to make sure you're OK.

A beautiful countryside campsite. Very quiet, peaceful and restful due to being mid-week which suits us. Lovely views. Friendly owner and lovely farm sheep dogs. 10 minute walk into the village. Toilets and showers were very clean. Will certainly return for a peaceful break.

We've just had 2 nights at this fantastic little site. The contact after booking was first class, directions were very clear and we were able to choose our pitch. The scenery was gorgeous and the site showers and toilet facilities were very modern and clean. The whole set up is on a working farm so there are cows in the next field and dogs running around, very friendly and chilled. We can't wait to visit again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely, quiet site in a nice rural location. Spacious flat camping field with good views. Short walk to town with couple of pubs, cafes and chippy. Celia is very friendly and welcoming. Will come back.

Our maiden voyage in motor home complete newbies, Celia was absolutely the friendliest and most supportive she could have been and we met Rob, who without hesitation, helped us out of a sticky situation. The site itself is really well maintained, first class showers and toilets. The location is great for exploring North Wales either by bus or car, Rhuddlan has all you want, you are only 5 minutes from a retail park, Sainsburys, B&Q etc but it seems to be in a country setting. Loved it, thanks Celia & Rob, we will be back soon.

Abbey Farm exceeded my expectations. Life, even for a weekend, on a working farm was so humbling. Location was perfect for the local village and surrounding areas. Celia, her farm dogs and all the cows made us feel at home from the start! The facilities provided were spacious and well maintained. Will definitely return soon!

Great location with lovely views, including entertaining livestock. Excellent new facilities and friendly host. Short scenic walk across the fields to castle and town, where bus can be taken to the coast or Denbigh. Hope to return.

Great place, biblical weather. We are early in the season. Very friendly people who are always available to help if needed. The weather forecast for the last evening was bad so we left early, but will definitely go back.

A successful 5 days on holiday at the campsite, even with horrendous weather. A working farm campsite with grass pitches and electric hookup, along with superb toilet and shower facilities which with credit to Celia the owner, are kept sparklingly clean even when she's fighting with the camper's dirty feet. The site is literally a 15-minute walk into Rhuddlan, with the shops, Castle and a nature reserve all at hand. We'll definitely be making a return visit.

We stayed here for one night to try out our new campervan. The site is lovely and peaceful with a great view. We found the facilities to be nice and clean. We really liked the fact that you felt like you were out in the countryside but in just 5 minutes you can walk into the village. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will stay again.

Abbey Farm is a beautiful campsite with lovely views. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The pitches are good sizes and no one is too close. There is a communal fridge and freezer which was a very welcome facility Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back
