Lovely stay with friends

We had a fab weekend. The pod is fab. It was beautifully decorated for our birthdays, very cosy and warm, with everything we needed. A lovely stay with friends. Some lovely walks nearby. Would recommend the 4 Falls walk about an hour away. The fresh eggs were lovely for breakfast.

Great vibe

Wanted a short stay for mine and daughter's birthday. A lovely scenic retreat, sounds of sheep and lambs bleating away was cute! Comfortable pod, very clean and cosy. Hot tub was great too. Not far from Hay-on-Wye, so had a nice day out there. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Perfect little relaxing getaway

Had a lovely stay in the pods. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. An amazing location and we were lucky enough to see all the adorable newborn lambs on the farm. Even in the bad weather, we loved the hot tub and the pod was nice and cosy with all the essentials provided for you - would highly recommend!!

Anniversary stay

Lovely place for a couple of nights away, the pod was spotless and a lovely girl showed us the pod. It was decorated as requested, which was a lovely touch.

Chwefru Pod

Lovely and clean pod with an amazing view. The hot tubs are amazing and there are some lovely restaurants in the local villages.

Great House Farm Luxury Pod

Had the most relaxing/comfortable 2 night stay at the Great House Farm in their luxury pod. The view was amazing and the facilities were second to none. Will definitely be coming back in January. The lady who met us with the keys to the pod was lovely and welcoming, she took her time to show us around the pod and showed us how everything worked. 100% recommend to anyone! See you in January.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing weekend/get away for families and couples, owners were so welcoming and polite. Pod was clean and had everything you needed and hot tub was great, would definitely book again.

It was wonderful

Had a wonderful time, I will be going again for sure but will go for the bigger pod :) With views to die for, it's a must see. I will be going again. I would say just one thing, if you are 4 adults, go for the bigger pod, don't let the outside space put you off, it just perfect. Sit in the hot tub and let the world go by! I would stay again without hesitation so I gave it 5 stars.

Amazing

Had a wonderful stay here, really friendly welcome and showed/explained everything straight away. The pods were great, a lot better than we expected. They had everything you would need in them and had a stunning view from inside showing the animals in the field below as well as the great Welsh scenery. Bad luck meant we didn't get the greatest days weather wise but that didn't matter with how beautiful it was and the hot tub was still perfect even in average temperatures. Would definitely recommend this to everyone, couples, families, friends etc. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Brilliant!

We had a wonderful holiday at the pods! The location was beautiful and we were about 40 mins from the things we wanted to see (Caves, Elan Valley etc.) but the drive was always beautiful. The owners were attentive and responsive. We stayed in one of the single pods with us 2 adults and 2 small kids - it was a little snug, so we will be booking the bigger pod next time as they looked lovely and roomy! Kids loved the hot tubs and they loved feeding the chickens and donkeys on site, as well as watching/listening to the sheep! It is in the middle of a farm, so I would bring some fly spray next time. The fridge was quite small in the little pods too - fine for 2 adults but a cool box would be something else I would add to my packing list (mainly for the beers!) Overall we had a wonderful holiday and made some brilliant memories - my 5 year wont stop talking about how great the pod was and how much he now wants a hot tub!

We do advertise the smaller pods as best suited to 2 guests, but can sleep 4 with the sofa bed and yes, we would recommend the larger pods (Wye and our new Severn pod) for a family ideally too. We are pleased you liked our chickens and donkeys (Barney and Pablo) - they are quite the characters. See you all again sometime.

Lynn and family were very welcoming and always available for any questions we had. The pod was just as we expected. A very cozy and relaxing trip - just what we needed. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.
