Walkers, ramblers, cyclists and all those who enjoy the great outdoors will love Keswick Club Site, which is idyllically located on the shore of Derwentwater and only a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of this popular market town.
This well organised site offers shoreside pitches with views of the water. Choose between grass pitches for campers and tourers, or hardstandings which are just for those in a caravan or motorhome.

Unfortunately Keswick Camping and Caravanning Club Site doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.
Please do not arrive on site before 1pm due to restricted access to site.
Due to the possibility of site flooding all units must have a towing vehicle on site overnight and there may be restrictions on the availability of pitches and use of awnings.
The picturesque - and much photographed - Ashness Bridge is on the outskirts of town, and there are a variety of walking opportunities, including the beautiful Borrowdale valley, Cat Bells and the imposing Skiddaw, which overlooks Keswick.
There are a variety of water sports available at the lake's marina, while Keswick has a number of facilities including some great cafés, restaurants and pubs. There's also a Pencil Museum telling the story of the local Borrowdale graphite and Theatre by the Lake on the shores of Derwentwater, which stages a variety of productions throughout the year.
A regular ferry service also operates around the lake, and discounted tickets are available from reception on site. Non-members welcome.
