We have been welcoming guests to stay with us since back in the 1970's. We always aim to provide a peaceful stay for our guests, maintain beautifully landscaped grounds and great customer service. Our team hopes to welcome you soon.
There are around seven acres of landscaped fields with unmarked pitching, where campers are free to pick their own spot. Pitches suitable for tents measuring up to 6m x 6m. Dogs welcome. These pitches are not suitable for campervans or roof top tents.

Grassed pitches equipped with an electric hook up (16 amp socket). They measure approximately 6m x 7m and are suitable for tents only. Dogs welcome.

The facilities were basic and the laundry room was not very clean.
The showers didn't have a shower caddy, you had to leave your wash stuff on the shower floor. However, the towel rail was hot, so you could warm your towel.
We had a dog with us but there was no allocated dog walking area.
Showers were not clean and felt the water was not hot enough.
Told the pub was closed but may be open the next day. Went to local pub to be told they were not opening.
Site's response
Hi there Ray. Thank you for your review.
We are somewhat confused that you didn't mention any issue with the showers when you came up and complained that the Pub wasn't open. Had you mentioned an issue with the water temperature and the cleanliness of the showers our onsite maintenance/cleaning team would have rectified this immediately.
The Pub was run by a third party who had closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We did not have any prior knowledge to this, which we explained to you during our conversation at our reception. We hope that the other members of your party enjoyed their stay.
Kind regards
