Dingwall Camping and Caravanning Club is ideal for visiting the Highlands, as well as the sort of place you'll want to stay and relax for a while. You can also leave the car behind and take the train to see some of Scotland's most beautiful scenery.
Trains leaving from Dingwall - just half a mile away - follow beautiful routes to Kyle of Lochalsh or Thurso and Wick. If you prefer to travel on foot, the Dingwall Heritage Trail for walkers passes the site and goes along the River Peffery to a picnic area on the Cromarty Firth. There are other beautiful trails in the area, including a route up Fyrish Hill. Non-members welcome.
