Lovely site

This is a lovely site with a gorgeous facilities block - modern, clean and well thought out. Hardstanding pitches were large and the site was well maintained. Situated in a beautiful part of the country. Well worth a visit.

Excellent

Excellent camp site, very clean. The tearoom is highly recommended and the breakfast is first class. I really liked the old agricultural machinery that was dotted around and the cast animals are brilliant.# Will definitely come again.

Amazing

I have never stayed at a campsite that is so clean. The site is well spaced out with large pitches.

Wet and windy weekend

A lovely small campsite set in a valley just outside Aberystwyth, Wales. It has the best heated facilities, a play area for children and is dog friendly. Perfect site to stay with so much to do and visit locally, with both the sea or the mountains within easy reach.

Excellent

We are seasoned campers and I have to say the facilities here were the cleanest we have ever used. We originally booked non electric as there were no others available at the time of booking. However, on arrival, we were able to change to an electric pitch for night one, and a hardstanding was offered to us for night two. The lady on reception was really helpful and accommodating. Nearby walks from the campsite are lovely and the Devils Bridge waterfalls are beautiful. Great location for a chilled weekend outdoors. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely site

Fantastic site, clean and obviously well looked after. Lovely shower and toilet block and great walks in the surroundings. The on site cafe/shop was a bonus. Even the power outage didn't spoil our stay.

Amazing site!

Absolutely spot on! Hardstanding pitch was massive, so loads of room for our camper and dogs. Had a lovely tea room with great takeaway menu - genuinely good food and good pricing. Has a little shop onsite to purchase essentials. The facilities were so clean and the showers were amazing pressure and very warm. Showers were also huge and had a little area where you could get dressed etc in the cubicle. Washing up facilities were great and clean as well. Location is a 10minute walk to Devil's Bridge and waterfalls, and a 15-20min walk to a train line and chocolate shop. Not far from places to visit in the car as well. Highly recommend will definitely be returning!

Excellent reception staff, lovely open site with an excellent toilet block. Near to Devils Bridge and lovely rural walks around.

What a campsite!

This campsite is so clean and well maintained. Our pitch was huge and the facilities were by far the best I’ve ever experienced in over 14 years of camping!

Great campsite

Woodlands Caravan Park was superb. Location is stunning, the facilities are well-kept and spotless and the play areas are great for wee ones. The staff were all welcoming and the breakfast at the tea rooms was fantastic. Really couldn't have asked for better!

Lovely site, great cafe and shower facilities

We had a fabulous mini break, everything was fantastic. Will definitely be back. Beautiful countryside walks along the Devil's Bridge which is just a 2 min walk away.

Absolutely fantastic

Myself and my partner had a wonderful camping trip staying at this site. It is in a beautiful location and the staff are wonderful and super helpful if you have any questions. Everything about it was fantastic and we had a lovely trip away. I'd definitely recommend it and we are already planning our next stay here!

5 night stay

We have just returned home from a 5 night stay. The site, facilities and cafe are brilliant. The only downside for us personally was that there wasn't anything in walking distance to do. The steam train and Devil's Bridge can be fitted into one day. I definitely recommend the site though.

Touring Wales

Really lovely site with some attractions and walks close by. Small tea room on site. Very clean and welcoming.

Nice clean site

A nice clean site with excellent services, ideally placed to explore the mid-Wales uplands and the coast around Aberystwyth. A visit to the Kite feeding station and Nant Arian is a must.

Great campsite

Friendly people and clean facilities. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay

Arrived a little early but wasn't a problem, at reception I was briefed on where we were staying, and told what we can do. Was given a map with lots of info. The pitch was massive plenty of room the campsite is immaculate. The showers were always clean the water hot too. There's a shop and a restaurant near reception and not too expensive It's less than 5 minute walk to devils bridge and the steam train. Also a pub that sells food too. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend it. It's family friendly and the kids will never be bored.
