Dadford Road Campsite is close to Silverstone Circuit, in Northamptonshire, yet in a rural country location too- offering the best of both worlds! It's an affordable option for big Formula 1 and Grand Prix fans with parking convenient for the Silverstone track available too.
This site attracts campers attending events at Silverstone Racecourse, offering space for caravans, campervans and motorhomes to park in comfort. You are just a five minute walk from the circuit at Club Corner (which is opposite the Pitt and Paddock at the Silverstone Wing). You'll be able to skip the queues after the events with a quick walk back to the campsite's parking area. Pitches are unlimited in size and large groups can be placed together. A number of electric hook-ups are available during all the major events at Silverstone, please request these in advance, and access is very easy. You'll be staying in an enormous field in open countryside with great views. There is plenty of space, so much so that at very quiet camping times a smaller fenced area is used for camping. You'll still have room to stretch out. Glampers can also enjoy 5m pre-erected bell tents during the big Moto GP and F1 events, provided by the Hels Bells company. These offer rugs, small tables, lanterns and soft bed linen and duvets inside. They're the perfect way to enjoy a taste of luxury at Silverstone.
Open from 1 February to 31 October

Unfortunately Dadford Road Campsite doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.
See our website for all details.
Generators are welcome - preferably small quiet ones. They need to be off by 10pm and not on before 6:30am, so they don't disturb other campers though please.
PLEASE NOTE: In busy periods, ie after the main race, the police may make all traffic go right out of our gate towards Dadford and Buckingham and it may be one way out -so two lanes of traffic both heading for Dadford. To go back towards Silverstone is generally madness at these busy times for obvious reasons! The quickest way home for all usually being via Dadford, with all routes signposted including M1 and M40.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: Staff cannot guarantee quiet camping. As the week progresses people generally get more excited! As you pick your own spot, do feel free to pick a spot away from others, but the site cannot guarantee that noisy people won't come and camp near you!
The big events are, of course, off site at Silverstone: Moto GP, F1 and smaller events such as The Classic, Touring Cars, Superbikes, Formula Student, Britcar, Renault, Trucks, Ford, Stowe and more.
Hot food catering is often provided for the busiest days on site so you can relax with a hot meal after an exciting day.
