About York Marina
This peaceful site is perfect for anyone looking to switch off by the water's edge whilst still being just four miles from the city of York. There are just eleven pitches all of which are hardstanding with 16amp electric hook up and suitable for tourers. You'll have plenty of space to spread out in this tranquil site. The picturesque riverside café serves great coffee and provides beautiful water views, perfect for relaxing. Park up by the water and relax by the River Ouse. Two dogs are welcome per pitch and with there being lots to explore nearby, it's a great choice for hikers and dog walkers alike.

Site facilities include a toilet and shower block with underfloor heating, plus WiFi for a small fee and a shop selling the basics. The site is protected by a secure electronic gate.
There is a tasty waterside café and restaurant, or you can walk to the local village pub and public transport runs from right outside the site entrance.

Site rules and policies
Reception is open between 9am - 5pm. Check-in is strictly before 5pm as we are a secure site out of hours (if this is an issue you will need to speak to the site before booking).
Pitches are to be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure or another payment will be required.
Please note we have a no refund and no transfer policy.
Large motorhomes, RV's, tents or trailer tents are not accepted. The launching of ribs, boats, canoes is not permitted and not included in the price of your stay.
Things to do on site and in the York area
Looking for some new threads? There's a designer outlet only a mile from the marina where you're sure to find a bargain. Or stay close to home and amble beside the river to pretty Naburn Lock.
For days in the city, there's an excellent park and ride that will take you right to the city centre. From there you'll be able to soak up the history, explore the beauty of York Minster or even meet the ghostly ghouls of The York Dungeon.
A fantastic cycle track runs by the marina and can take you as far as York or Selby on a charming and peaceful old railway line.
