About Dartmouth Camping and Caravanning Club Site
It is situated just a mile from the spectacular crescent-shaped bay of Blackpool Sands, one of many great beaches in the South Hams. Pitches include grass and hardstanding options with electric hook-ups. Some pitches are sloping so chocks are recommended and rock pegs for hardstanding pitches. Non-members welcome.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
Site facilities include showers, flushing toilets, washbasins and dishwashing facilities. There is a motorhome service point on site and ice pack freezing is available. The site's shop offers local products.

Things to do on site and in the Dartmouth area
Cross the River Dart to the pretty village of Kingswear and you can board the the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway for a ride along the Torbay Coast. At the other end of the line, Paignton is a traditional seaside town whose attractions include a zoo.
Others worth visiting are Slapton Sands and Torcross. Dartmouth itself is an attractive harbour town with narrow streets, boutique shops and a cobbled market place that hosts regular farmers' markets.
