Small Tent - Small Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesJul 2023

This has to be one of the best campsites I've stayed in. It was the little touches that made this memorable. I really felt looked after and Louise, one of the campsite owners, was very welcoming when I first arrived. It's a beautiful place with loads of wildlife and sheltered from wind. I really hope I will stay here again and would recommend to anyone who loves the quieter side of camping.

Site's response

I am so glad you had a nice time with us and that you enjoyed our little camping valley! We hope you do stay again. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and recommend us.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan PitchesJul 2023

If you are looking for a quiet site in unspoilt countryside, this is the place. It is off-grid and concentrates on being eco friendly. Each space is surrounded by a generous wildflower border. There are eco showers and toilets which are well maintained and have fresh wild flowers placed in them. For children there is a safe play area amongst the flowers away from the tents and small vans. It's extremely quiet and no light pollution so the night sky is stunning. The calls of owls are the only sound. A short walk from the site takes you to the canal for walks. I will definitely be going back.

Site's response

Thank you so much, you have summed up our little campsite so thoughtfully! I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we would love it if you came back to visit us again! I am glad you had a clear view of the night sky, it can be absolutely breathtaking on a clear night.
