About Uplands Certificated Location
This small touring site is the perfect place for adults looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Nestled on the edge of Winscombe in the Mendip Hills Area of Natural beauty, this is the perfect spot to explore North Devon from. There are just five hardstanding pitches for tourers only that all come with 16amp electric hook up and an individual fresh water supply. All the pitches have easy access to the nearby toilet and shower block. With there being lots to do nearby, this is a great choice for anyone looking to relax with countryside views. Dogs are welcome and there is even a dog walk available directly from the site.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
There is one toilet and one shower in together. There is also recycling facilities and a dog walk directly from site.
The nearby Winscombe village homes a 16th century pub as well as several shops for basic supplies.

Check-in is from 2pm.
Please keep dogs on the lead in order to protect wildlife.
There are no additional charges for awnings or pup tents, but please use a breathable ground sheet if putting up on the grass.

Things to do on site and in the Winscombe area
Highbullen golf course is just a short walk away and is a great day out for golfers of all abilities.
There are several beaches on the North Devon coastline that are around a 40 minute drive away, including Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Instow.
