The site is level, bordered by trees and sits only four miles from the cosmopolitan city of Cambridge. Non-members welcome.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
Site facilities include showers and toilets with a parent and baby room. dishwashing facilities and a designated dog walk.
The Cambridge Park and Ride bus stop is one mile from site. The village of Great Shelford is around a mile away and has a Post Office, bank and pubs serving food.

Things to do on site and in the Great Shelford area
The cosmopolitan city of Cambridge is best known for its university offering a range of attractions including a historic marketplace and variety of restaurants, bars, museums and arts venues. A number of walks and guided tours are available and you can also go punting on the River Cam.
Further afield there are several National Trust properties worth a visit, including Wimpole Hall and Anglesey Abbey, which is set in 40 hectares of gardens and houses the Fairhaven collection of paintings and furniture.
