Pillars of Hercules Organic Farm is a family oriented rustic site offering superb views over the Lomond Hills. A relaxing and tranquil stay in the Falkland area.
This is a family friendly campsite without loud music or a bar, but instead a tranquil place to retreat into nature. You'll be staying on an organic farm close to the beautiful Lomond Hills Regional Park and the Arraty Burn. There are two spacious camping fields for campers to use. Only tent campers are accepted, along with small camper vans up to 6 metres in length, and dogs cannot stay. The Bankings field is the bigger one with lovely views of the Lomond Hills and you can park next to your tent. Some smaller camper vans (max 6m) can stay in Bankings along with tent campers. The Orchard is smaller, more sheltered and closer to the site's facilities. Guests cannot drive in but can park nearby.
The site is normally open from May to mid October, but isn't currently taking bookings due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Grass pitches in the Bankings and Orchards Fields.
