It's a fantastic country retreat set between winding rivers, home to plenty of wildlife, a charming stream that runs through its land and a lovely lake. Living in harmony with carpets of Bluebells and other flowers, the farm is home to sheep, deer, horses and seasonal pigs and goats. Take part in the farm walk, head on a deer safari or choose to do the water package (additional cost) at the lake with a hot tub, wild swimming, kayaks and paddleboards. All rustic canvas lodges are fully-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen with a wood-burning stove for heating and cooking, a living area and proper beds (double bed, cupboard beds and a bunk bed). With no electricity or Wi-Fi, it's the ideal holiday to get back to nature. You have the option of an en-suite shower, or there are shared facilities in the farmhouse.

Families will love the arts and crafts workshops that the farm provides, but best of all is the water based package. Dip in a hot tub, go wild on a water trampoline and then try boating or wild swimming. These are all available as extras and well worth booking in advance.
The farm itself is a tempting natural environment, the starting point for luxurious strolls over Long Mynd and Stiperstones. You're set close to the upper rim of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so hillwalking here is a real treat.
Gear up for a day of exploring and then refresh and try some of the local flavours at great country pubs, which are placed enticingly along the walking routes. Look out for Fidget Pie, perhaps Shropshire's most famous dish.
The Medieval towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow are close at hand, with Ludlow straddling a gentle river that winds up to its lovely castle.
