This is such a magical place. It's my second visit and I can't wait to go back. The staff: Norman, Coby, Becks and Joanna are a total asset - the nicest, most down to earth people. Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities and cleanliness are fab. The hot tub is so lovely and hot and was great value. My dogs were so happy and loved Norman! It rained for England yesterday all day and it didn't spoil our experience in any way. The beds are so comfy and the bedding was hotel quality.

A lovely environment to stay that has a family friendly feeling, the staff, particularly Carl and Becks were super friendly with our granddaughter. Thanks both for making our granddaughter love her first experience of glamping that she can’t wait to return!

Kids loved it, back to nature and very well thought out. We arrived very late at night, but couldn't be any more obliging.

First time camping, chose them, went there as it wasn't a holiday so it was just me,my husband and my two 4 legged boys. Very quiet, a great environment, the yurt was very clean, as was the toilet. Everything was available, just bring your own personal items, including flip-flops. The staff, Rebecca, also known as Becca, was so sweet. We didn't know where the best ways to walk dogs and she walked us there and told us we could walk from another day, with a better view the next day. Thanks, Becca indeed! The setting was so beautiful. Becca was also kind enough to prepare hot chocolate for us in the evening, which my husband loved and drank mine too!!!!!! 😄 Due to time constraints, we only stayed one night back in the city, next time we definitely want to stay a few more nights! I left my headphones at the yurt and called the staff to tell them and they posted them back to me the same day, and it was royal mail the next day by signed. £6 for the cost, the staff paid it...I don't know how to thank her, next time I go I will leave the post fee for you, my dear!!! Or you can send me your bank information by text. It's my responsibility to pay for it. A memento of our first camping trip. It was especially perfect and the starry night sky was superb.
