Panoramic Camping and Glamping

Panoramic Camping and Glamping is located in the picturesque Glamorgan hills, 30 minutes from Swansea and the coast. Tents and campervans are welcome on one of the six non electric grass pitches. Each pitch comes with its own private sheltered kitchen and dining area. For glamping, choose between the three luxurious bell tents sleeping up to five people in comfortable beds.

About Panoramic Camping and Glamping

Set in the grounds of a working farm, and with views over the spectacular Glamorgan countryside, this is the ideal location to unwind. This small camping and glamping site is located on a hilltop, just 30 minutes from the coast of South Wales. The site has just six camping pitches and three bell tents, making in the ideal spot for peace and quiet. The non electric grass pitches welcome both tents and campervans. Each pitch measures 15m x 10m and allows up to six guests. The pitches also come with your own private sheltered outdoor kitchen area, here you can find a bench to prep your food, recycling bins, a picnic bench and a fire pit. These sheltered areas come with lighting and make for the perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner as the sun goes down. For glamping, you have three bell tents to choose from, Primrose, Peony and Forget Me Not. Each bell tent has its own luxury furnishings and unique personality. Both Primrose and Peony are 5m bell tents which sleep four in a double bed and two single beds, finished off with decorative soft furnishings. The largest bell tent, Forget Me Not, is a 6m bell tent which sleeps five in two double beds and a sofa bed. All of the bell tents have a private outdoor kitchen and al fresco dining area. The kitchen area comes with everything you need including a double gas camping stove, cutlery, pans, kettle, a washing up bowl and bins. The shelters also have a picnic table and fire pit, ideal for sitting around with all of the family! The bell tents all come with a welcome pack and bedding is provided. The site is a member of The Greener Camping Club so you must be a club member to book. You can add this to your booking for £12. Campfires are allowed in the designated spaces and the provided fire pits Dogs are unfortunately not allowed as the site is on a working livestock farm.

Facilities and amenities

The shared facility block consists of four toilets and three showers for ladies, and three toilets and two showers for men. There is a shared washing up area with a communal fridge/freezer and phone charging points.

The nearest food shop is The Corner Shop, a ten minute drive from site. The closest pubs are The Buck Inn and The Fountain Inn which are both a five minute drive away.
