Huntick Farm Caravan Park offers adults (16+) and dogs a warm welcome to the Dorset countryside. Whether a tent, caravan or motorhome, this site makes for a great base with both grass and hardstanding pitches. The location couldn't be better with views of the surrounding fields and only 15 minutes to the seaside town of Poole. Enjoy the local wildlife with hedgehogs, deer and more spotted on site as well as the roaming free-range chickens too!

We booked a couple of nights at Huntick Farm last minute whilst we were travelling around the south of England. There had been pretty heavy rain for a couple of days before we arrived and the campsite upgraded us to a hard standing pitch at no extra cost. The lady that showed us to our pitch was really nice and helpful and made a fuss of our dogs, which was really nice. The site is in an excellent location for exploring Poole - it's only a 10 minute drive away from the centre. There are a couple of pubs and a shop nearby (a 20 minute walk or 2/3minute drive down the road). Other campers were issuing the site as a stop over before catching an early ferry on in the morning. The facilities at the site were spotless and modern you can tell they have only recently been done. Nice warm showers and the laundry facilities came in handy, especially the dryer after a rainy day. Free WIFI across the site was perfect for a spot of Netflix at night. The site was very peaceful and quiet and set in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our time at Huntick Farm, will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area.

Nice site, very small. Staff friendly and helpful. The ANPR gate didn't open one evening, which was a pain. But otherwise nice place to stay in a lovely part of the country.

The weather was awful but the site looked after us and upgraded us to a hard standing, which was much more convenient.

Great location, fair price for the facilities. Very helpful owners-when we arrived later than expected. Just under 5 stars from me- as when I wanted a shower (admittedly at a strange time- 2pm) there didn't appear to be any hot water. Would be more than happy to return.

Nicely run small friendly site. It's flat so good for pitching. it's child free so should be quiet. Well supplied, with water and leccy on good sized pitches. Toilet and shower block kept clean. On the flip side, limited showers and limited space in their design made changing after difficult - hard to dry and keep clothes dry. There were a lot of dogs, most fine, but barking was an issue. Allowing people to drive through the barrier at night meant headlights and car doors were an issue. There was a lot of road noise at night and the road outside was fast and lacked a pavement, so walking to the pub wasn't very safe.

Clean, tidy and quiet. What more do you need when you're staying in a tent 😊

Beautiful site, owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Only quite a brief stay as we were heading for Jersey. We would definitely come back though for longer next time.

Excellent location just to the north of Poole, quick access to main roads to visit other locations. Just 30 mins from Swanage/Studland. Relatively small site which feels cosy - spotlessly clean and well-tended. Staff very friendly and responsive. Single circular grass field partly surrounded by trees which were nicely shielding from the breeze. Good distance from the people opposite and nearby water and grey waste drain. Nice toilet blocks with well-designed showers that include a bench seat away from the water flow! Why doesn't everyone do this? Shower water more than hot enough.Decent two-sink washing-up facilities with washing/dryers for laundry. To get 5 stars... We do not have a fridge so struggled with lack of ice-block freezing facilities, which would prevent us from having a longer break here. We felt the information hut could do with improvement with more leaflets, books and local information. For example, photocopies of nearby walks and cycle rides.

Was okay but basic. Owner was nice and it was in a great location - Tesco a few minutes away and got some great places to visit within 40 minute drive. However, there were no nice views - we were just in the middle of a small field, the only thing to look at were caravans and tents. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out in the showers and the hot water didn't seem to work. The site was packed - people in the tent next to us were very loud snorers which kept waking me up. Everyone was very friendly on site. We loved that you can bring your dogs but it was a shame they have to be keep on a lead.

Lovely clean site, clean toilets and free showers. Peaceful location, no road noise. Very small dog walk area and nothing in walking distance, no shop on site. Only 15 mins drive to Poole and close to Wareham. There is a nice market in Wareham on Saturday.

We we're running late getting there, due to inclement weather, so I rang the site office to explain and apologise, the lady (Debbie) could not have been nicer and reassured us that it wasn't a problem. The site is quite small and kept very clean and tidy, as are the toilets/showers and washing up areas. Be aware that some of the pitches are shaded by thick trees, so although the weather was beautiful those pitches remained in shade for the majority of the day.

A lovely small and incredibly quiet site. Our pitch R3 was perfect for us and our three dogs. Toilet and shower block were immaculate. Small dog walk at the entrance was a bonus. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Lovely dog-friendly pub called St Peter's Finger a short distance away with good food and a lovely craft centre just down the road which was great for morning coffee/breakfast. The ghost village of Tyneham is well worth a visit and most attractions were 15 mins from our site. Great location. For balance we would like to point out that our electric meter started beeping to warn us that we were about to use up our allocation of electricity, however Debbie swiftly rectified this and we paid a very small surcharge on departure. This could be down to us being heavy users as we have a small portable freezer for our frozen dog food.

Owners of this site were absolutely wonderful. They waited for us to arrive well after the normal arrival time. Site was great - very clean and quiet. Would use the site again.

We received a warm welcome and were shown to our pitch. Toilet and shower very clean and hot showers. A little on the top side for cost but it was Easter weekend, but we're used to spending around £30 max per night. But I think it's typical for the area. Rated 3 for facilities as we only used the shower/toilet. Electric hook-up is 10amp so couldn't use our microwave, otherwise we'd have given 4*. Ideally located for Poole, Swanage and Bournemouth. Although you could walk to the local pub, it was a country lane with very little verge.
