About Lakeside Pods and Camping
This striking setting is a perfect spot for your lakeside getaway with direct access to Stithians Lake. Kick back, relax and soak up the views. Complete with a comfy double bed and a small sofa bed, these well-insulated pods will keep you warm all year round. They also have a heater if you need a blast of warmth after a day on the lake or for those extra chilly nights. There are tea and coffee facilities alongside a small day fridge and smart TV. Outside, there is a BBQ and a Garden Table, but also two deck chairs are provided, so you can sit back and relax. As for camping, there is plenty of outdoor space to set up your camper, with well-maintained shared facilities nearby. These also include a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated). There is something for all to enjoy here - spend your days' paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, and so much more. The site is also close to Cornish Mining Trails and The Great Flat Lode for those looking for adventure. Next door, there is an award-winning Golden Lion Inn pub - only a short stumble back to your holiday home. Don't forget to bring your bedding! However, the site can do this for you to take the stress away for an additional cost.

Site rules and policies
Pods
There is a £50 deposit payable on arrival, which is returned immediately after vacating the property and returning it as it should be. The £50 covers any damages or missing items.
No dogs permitted in Pods
Motorhomes / Tourers
Any groundsheets must be breathable to reduce damage to grass
2 Well behaved dogs (under owners control) permitted free per pitch
Quiet time 10pm - 8am
Things to do on site and in the Redruth area
This site is ideal to set off on many of the area's walking and cycling routes that take you around the reservoir. You're also able to go bird watching at some of the bird hides located around the lake.
There are plenty of opportunities for Fly and Coarse fishing and, of course, the Water sports centre where there's Canoeing, Sailing, and Windsurfing.
There are plenty of activities to do nearby this site - you're spoilt for choice. From the golden sands of Gwithian beach just outside of Redruth. and the breathtaking views of the Minack Theatre at Land's End.
