Charmouth Camping and Caravanning Club Site is ideal for a beachy break on the southern coast. It's in the area of popular spots such as Lyme Regis and sandwiched between the lovely East Devon AONB and Dorset AONB. Visitors have very easy access to the beach and also the amenities of the local seaside towns.
Located on the beautiful West Dorset Heritage Coast, the site is surrounded by rolling hills and is only three miles from sandy beaches which are great for the whole family to enjoy. The beach is safe for children and has wide expanses of sand at low tide - perfect for sandcastle building! On offer are 150 pitches with a choice of grass, hardstanding and all weather pitches with and without electric. The site has a large flat summer camping field accessed by a hard core road. Staff welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents and tents. This well-maintained campsite offers spacious pitches in small clusters with small trees and other foliage around their borders. Dogs are welcome on site but they must be kept on a lead and you must always clean up after your dog.

Fishing is available in the area and there's space for ball games on site.
Explore further afield and take a trip to Forde Abbey and or the gardens at Chard.
The Abbotsbury Swannery is ideal for children or, for something really different, enjoy the stunning Axe Valley from the Seaton Tramway's hot pink narrow gauge tram. It's a day out that the whole family will never forget.
