About Runswick Bay Caravan and Camping Park
The park is set in the village of Runswick Bay, right by the coast and only six miles from Whitby. There are 36 non electric grass pitches, including space for tents up to a maximum size of 5m, along with pitches for campervans, caravans and tents. Dogs welcome.
Open from 3 July to 28 September
Site facilities include a shower and toilet block, along with a fridge and freezer for ice packs. A washing up area with sinks is provided.

Sea, sunshine and building sandcastles - days by the coast fill themselves with endless activities. This spot is ideal for rock pooling, scouting for fossils and walks along the pretty coastline.
A day in Whitby is another must-do, with the shadows around its gothic abbey perfect for any horror fan. It hosts a popular goth weekend every year and is full of great shops to browse.
Walks along the coast offer great returns in terms of dazzling views and you can easily take on a section of the Cleveland Way too.
