About Pant y March Farm

The farm is a peaceful space, safe for children, set only a breezy walk of 20 minutes from Bala Lake, settled in the south of Snowdonia National Park. Nothing could beat the twinkle of the stars at night here or the blush of sunsets in the lake. Your luxurious canvas lodge has space to sleep six, fully furnished and with its own private hot tub, perfect for soaking away your troubles and admiring the view. When you need a breath of the outdoors, the farm will treat you to 300 hardy Welsh Mountain ewes which set the scene for your rural break. There are also sheep and calves roaming free and living the good life. You'll forget all about the bustle of the real world as you explore traditional and organic farming, surrounded by a breathtaking national park. The site can be booked exclusively for groups and large family gatherings.

FAQ

Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm. If you expect to arrive later than this, please do inform the farmer as there is no on-site reception. Check out is 10:30am unless a late checkout has been pre-booked and agreed.

Yes, dogs are more than welcome!

Yes, you can fit a travel cot in the accommodation. Due to limited space, only one cot per lodge is allowed.

The wood-fired stove inside of the accommodation will keep it warm and cosy. It is important to regularly add some wood. During the night, it is recommend bringing warm pyjamas and perhaps some extra blankets and a hot water bottle.

Should you have to charge your phone during your stay, it will be possible to do so in the farm shop.


If you're a keen horse lover, bring your horse! The farm will be happy to stable, so you can enjoy hacks across Snowdonia and see the best of Wales on horseback.

The Bala Lake Railway is impossibly scenic and runs very close. You can take a train all the way up the height of Snowdon, or there's also the challenge of an incredible mountain climb on offer.

If you're ready to hit the water, there's a canoeing centre at Tryweryn that will get you kitted out and having a whale of a time before you know it.

Just an hour in the car will take you to Conwy, which includes an imposing 13th century castle, plus all the fun of Surf Snowdonia, where the indoor waves are always perfect.
