Lovely site but take levellers!
Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Lovely site, showers clean, hot and spacious! Need to take levellers as the pitches are a bit wonky but to be expected in the Peak District!
Games room is fabulous but take some 50ps for the pool table and other games. Peacocks are everywhere and the children loved all the other animals the park had to offer!

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Great campsite but could massively be improved by removing the patch of grass in front of each pitch as was very muddy and difficult to tow caravan away as car was slipping on mud.
Good site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Visited in mid October, site is in good location & close to village of Birchover (15 mins walk).
Showers are private & very warm inside. Shop on site but at this time of year needs to be opened via visit to reception. Games room is available. Hardstanding pitches are on a slight incline so leveling chocks are required.
The Druid Pub in Birchover is a great place for a drink and food " Fish & Chips" are highly recommended & the bus stop gets you into Bakewell etc. Rotor Rocks behind Druid pub is worth a visit.

Top quality campsite in excellent location
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 All the facilities you could want and more and they are kept immaculate and spotlessly clean. The location is amazing in a beautiful village with two pubs and very quiet.
We will return.

Beautiful campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 Beautiful campsite in a beautiful location. This is our new local favourite campsite. The views are stunning and there are lots of walks directly from the site. In the village there are two pubs, but only had opportunity to try The Druid Inn, which I can fully recommend.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) Sep 2023 Gorgeous campsite, ideal location as there are two lovely local pubs with in walking distance from the site. Food at both was amazing value for money! The campsite itself had a shop which was ideal and great value for money, made the whole stay very enjoyable! Nice walks too from the site and beautiful views everywhere you look.
Peace and quiet
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 Not our first stay here, but such a marvellous location and with all the facilities you need! Be aware the (well stocked and good priced) shop doesn’t open on a Sunday, but otherwise it’s such a scenic place to rest and relax - and the local pub isn’t too far to walk either. Will be back again.
