There's not much more I can add - all the great reviews about the site are still true. Talk about helpful, Lucy and Co were stars - Not having camped for 25 years, I had forgotten my tent poles! I set off for a 2 hour round trip to collect them, but Lucy phoned 5 mins later and told me to turn round and insisted on lending me their tent. I even arrived back to find the tent being put up for me (sorry, I can't remember the chap's name, but thank you!). Talk about above and beyond. Lucy - I hope the fizz went down well :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tobacconist Farm. Lovely owner, convenient to Minchinhampton, fantastic size pitches and super clean. We loved the donkeys on site who visited us morning and evening, remember to bring apples and carrots to feed them! We will return 😊

Superb site in a smashing location, great little village around the corner. Stunning on the common, cows everywhere, great pubs. Lovely atmosphere. We'll be back in the spring.

I only stayed one night at this site but I'd definitely return. Pitches were large and mainly level, electricity and water tap on pitch. Quiet, adults only site, which is fantastic. Donkeys also great to see. Facilities were faultless, and spotless. Could have done with a bin at washing up station. I stayed by myself and felt very safe.
Quiet, adults only, relaxing campsite

Easy access through a small farmyard with a firm, clean gravel driveway opening up to a lovely, well kept camping field with firm grass pitches. Water and electric easily available. Good clean shower block. Lucy, the owner, is really friendly and helpful. The nearby village is well worth a look, with an excellent pub. Wish we could have stayed longer as good cycling and nearby large common. Highly recommended.

Super hidden campsite, the pitches are big and pretty private. The facilities are great, and clean. As with any busy site, sometimes things run out, i.e. soap. The location is just wonderful and the villages are so friendly. Lucy was helpful.

A perfect spot. We loved our large pitch (facing donkey field) and had a wonderful stay. The showers, toilets, wash up facilities etc are all spotless and consistently warm water. Loved that it's adult only. Fire pit was so nice. Brilliant position for walks, 5 mins to village centre. One of the best campsites we've stayed in for sure. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tobaconist Farm Campsite and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The campsite is located in a beautiful and serene location, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. The staff at Tobaconist Farm Campsite were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests we had. The campsite itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pitches were spacious and provided ample privacy, allowing us to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and well-kept, which is always a plus when camping. Additionally, the campsite is conveniently located near several attractions and amenities. There are charming local villages nearby, where we enjoyed exploring the quaint shops and sampling delicious local cuisine. The campsite also offers easy access to nearby towns and cities, making it a great base for day trips and further exploration. Overall, I highly recommend Tobaconist Farm Campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque camping experience. The location, friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities make it a top choice for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. I can't wait to return and continue exploring the beauty of this hidden gem.

Had a fantastic stay, Lucy & others were welcoming, very friendly and informative of the site and local area. Campsite is lovely, several pitches with a little privacy "hedging" in between was nice and close to the facilities, which were always clean and tidy. Adults only was perfect for this stay for us, peaceful and relaxing with a campfire of an evening and looking at the stars with very little light pollution around. Perfect location to get about in the Cotswolds area, Minchinhampton is only a 5 minutes walk away with a convenience shop, lovely coffee shop (Henry's) and the best fish and chip shop I've been to in a very long time. We didn't pop in but there's a pub too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Minchinhampton and I feel that is due to the excellent service we received from Lucy. The campsite is spotless, the showers and kitchen block is clean and up to date. Cannot fault it one bit.

Lovely, quiet site. Generous pitches, slightly sloping but well drained and easy pegging. Very good, clean facilities, individual taps on pitches and friendly donkeys in adjacent field 😁 Nice people managing. Ten minutes walk from the village with a great pub and excellent fish and chip shop. Village is tight for caravan, so not best suited to novice towers. Visit Stroud brewery for a great meal with good atmosphere. Excellent Saturday market too. Would be happy to return again. 👍👌

For our first venture out in our new van, Tobacconist Farm was a real find. The proximity to the village, where we had two fabulous meals, and the site itself was perfect for us newbies. Lucy was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and definitely go back. Henry's for breakfast is a must and the fish and chips at The Crown were amazing.

Lovely campsite in the middle of a lovely little town with easy check in, clean facilities and easy to find! We'd recommend the old lodge pub in the middle of the common for food or drinks. Plenty of walks around the site and lovely views. Would totally recommend!

Lovely, quiet site on a large field with all well-drained serviced grass pitches (EHU & water). Small but clean and well fitted facility block and secure dog walk on site. A short walk to the village with local pub and shop. Further afield, lovely walks at the National Trust's Tinkley Gate / Woodchester Park sites. Overall, a great site and location, would recommend.

Simple, clean facilities on a well kept site. Thanks to Lucy. Quiet, adults only and so close to a lovely Cotswold village. Beautiful walks to nearby villages. Cows walking through the village. Great pub/ restaurant. And the highlight was the common with walks with views to die for shared with Highland cattle, horses etc. We'll be back!

A perfect place to stay if you don't have kids. Only 5 minutes walk into beautiful Minchinhampton and extremely peaceful. Lucy & her son, Will were there to help whenever we needed them and the facilities were all excellent.

Fabulous quiet site, beautiful countryside views, really big pitches fully serviced, immaculate toilet and shower block Really lovely rural site with plenty of space. Adult only, so quiet and pitches spaced generously apart so lots of privacy. Fully serviced pitch, so very easy, and immaculate toilet and shower facilities, and a great kitchen facility with washing machine, though we didn't use it. There are plenty of firepits to borrow and wood was supplied, fabulous! The site was very easy to find, a very short walk from the beautiful village of Minchinhampton, which has lovely little shops, a grocery store, post office, fabulous café and fish and chip shop. There's also a pub which looked lovely though pricey. We walked for miles across the Common to other local pubs and great views of the surrounding countryside. Very easy to get to Stroud and Nailsworth which had lovely shops and cafés. Also, not far from Cirencester or Gloucester/Cheltenham and easy to go further afield to Bath or Bristol or into Wales/Forest of Dean. Lucy, the owner, was really helpful and we couldn't recommend the site more. A real little gem of a site and very well maintained, had a lovely time and very happy to recommend it!
