Peaceful rural setting on a rolling hillside field, Fox's Furrow is nestled into the stunning Leicestershire countryside. Back to basics camping with grass tent pitches and gravel campervan and motorhome pitches for tourers. The site has a natural feel and is surrounded by a tree belt which is thriving with local wildlife.

Being very new made the facilities exceptional. Best showers and washing up facilities, a great deal of care has been put into this site. The camping pitches were slightly marred by being on a slope, which is not too big of a deal, and the website does make it clear. But I have already recommended it to friends and will return at some stage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the intimacy and peacefulness of this site. The attention to detail is staggering. It reminded me of staying in a good Airbnb, but outdoors. Small details like the night time fairly lights on the entrance lane, the outstanding dishwashing facilities and the powerful full sized showers. Everything is so well designed and thought out. The hosts text you on arrival with the details and are ready to help at any time. I stayed an extra night on impulse as it was so good. I can't recommend it highly enough. The site is on a slope but they provide XL chocks for you to borrow if yours are not sufficient.

Lovely quiet quirky little site. The shepherds hut toilet and shower facilities worked a treat. Nice hot showers and very clean pitches were a bit lumpy, but worth it for the peace and quiet.
Great little campsite with clean facilities

Decided to go camping with the lads and selected this site due to its proximity to Leicester. Campsite is great with plenty of parking. Facilities included were also great with at be least three toilets and two showers.

Lovely small site. Close to a co-op and pub with amazing food and a chippy across the road. The site is quiet with amazing facilities. Clean and perfect.

A convenient, small campsite nicely laid out in a good location. It is on a slope, but luckily our pitch was relatively flat so didn't need chocks. Showers and toilets were good.
Another lovely, quiet stay

First time we have stayed here, lovely quiet site in a beautiful part of Leicestershire. We took our VW Caddy Camper and the van pitches were spot on with electric hook up. The showers and toilets and wash up area were super clean, really powerful shower and funky design. Lots of good walks close by and only 20 minutes to Leicester or near by villages of Houghton, Tilton and Billesdon. This is great find and we will be back fo more peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful nature.

It's a small site which suited us well. We asked for two sites next to each other which we got. Communication was excellent and the washing up area, toilets and showers are combined in a lovely converted shepherd's hut. We planned to walk over the fields to the pub but it was such a nice site, we decided to stay. Recommended!

A lovely campsite. Good facilities, though some of the pitches are on a slope. Close to village facilities and gorgeous countryside. Would definitely go back.
