About Long Acres Touring Park

Long Acres is an award winning tranquil, adults only touring caravan park in South Lincolnshire, with 40 pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents. Its warm and friendly atmosphere is perfect for those wishing to get away from their normal busy life, chilling out and relaxing in peace and tranquillity. Set in three acres of fenland countryside, the long strip of land is an oasis for birds and wildlife. With Barn Owls, Tawny Owls, Woodpeckers and Cuckoos just some of the birds that can be spotted. A vast variety of trees and shrubs provide protection from the wind and shelter from the sun on a hot summers day. Away from the trees, pitches provide panoramic views across the countryside to the Wolds in the distance.

Facilities and amenities

Facilities include a modern heated shower block, with free hot water, hair dryers, hand dryers and a unisex assisted WC and shower room. There's also indoor dish washing facilities, laundry, and a freezer for ice blocks. WiFi is available.

Dogs are very welcome on the park, but must be kept on a lead at all times, apart from dog exercise area.


The caravan park benefits from a multitude of tourist attractions and leisure activities on its doorstep, is 8 miles from the market town of Boston and 17 miles from the resort town of Skegness. It's easily accessible from both the A16 and A52.

The market town of Spalding, world famous for its flower festival in spring is just a short distance away. For those who wish to visit, historic houses, churches, castles, picturesque towns and villages, the countryside await you.

For the nature lovers and bird watchers amongst you "The Wash" is just a few miles from Long Acres where you can visit the RSPB renowned Freiston Shore and Frampton Marsh, as well as Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. The sites have planned events throughout the year and are refuges for many wading and migrating birds.
