Sprinter-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Our first trip away in our new camper and what a lovely welcome when we arrived from owner Mark and his able assistant Janice (I think got right name).
The most beautiful spot and warm welcome.
Our pick 75 was right by the lake so sat having breakie with beautiful view over lake , all the ducks, geese and chicks.💖
Topped off with a small bar open wed-sun evening , Mark carries tables chairs outside so everyone could enjoy the evening sun and even watched sunset from his garden.
Such a perfect little family run gem.
We will definitely be back, thank you Mark & your team x

Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Stayed for two nights with two dogs and don't fish, and loved it.
Lovely walk round the lake listening to the geese. Pub opens at 6pm, free Wi-Fi that worked in my motorhome. Spotless toilets and showers, was shown my pitch and how to use the electric card.
All in all, a brilliant stay and I'll definitely be back 😀 my only dislike would be that they shut in the winter 😒 Would love to see the lake then.

Relaxing just watching people fishing and watching the wildlife.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Cannot recommend it enough. Good walks in the country and central to a number of places to visit.
It was a last minute booking on our way further into Norfolk. We was surprised at the setting plenty of open space, quite, wild life, very clean facilities, I could go on we booked for next year before leaving site.

Fishing really good, lake really clear and well maintained.
Showers and toilets very clean. Nice bar open at the weekend.

100% a great place to stay
Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 A lovely tranquil adult only site with views of a large fishing lake outside your window, only a stones throw away. Great sized pitches and the toilet/shower blocks are spacious and spotless.
We booked online and then on arrival were met by the very friendly owners who explained how everything works around the site.
The views of the fishing lake are just beautiful, good signal and free Wi-Fi. There is even a bar on site 🍻
What more does anyone need 👌I just wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back for sure.

Nice atmosphere in bar. Really good Motorhome service point.
Fishing was good when the weather allowed. Mark was extremely helpful.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for an angling break.

Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Great site, clean and very tidy. Very windy during our stay, but still managed a few walks from the site. Great site if you want to visit the Sandringham Estate, as it's only minutes away my car or about 45 minutes to walk. Great welcome by Mark who showed us directly to our pitch and explained how to use the EHU. Great site and good value too.

This family owed site is a true gem, friendly, welcoming & total bliss.
The evening bar open for a few hours has made this already great site even better.
All this and at a very reasonable cost.

Would highly recommend if a fisherman or just want a nice peaceful break.

Would have liked to have swam in the lake but appreciate those fishing wouldn't be too happy with that.

Very peaceful place and the bonus of adult only and fishing! We will certainly be coming back 😊

VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 From arriving, being met by Mark and being taken to our pitch, the stunning view of the lake, the cleanliness of the site's facilities and the peaceful and relaxing location made the whole experience perfect. No hesitation in giving 5 stars. We loved it so much we stayed an additional night. Without a doubt we will go here again. Extremely recommended.

Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Cannot rate this highly enough. A very friendly and family run site. A beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the sunset on "sunset ridge".
It was lovely and quiet, with very clean toilets/ showers, they were inspected and maintained 3 or 4 times a day. We had a really lovely stay and will definitely be returning.
