Quiet, simple with toilet

Basic facilities, no shower, but toilets and elsan point. No phone signal, which is either great or a nuisance, I enjoyed it. Owner was really helpful.

Perfection!

Perfection! Beautiful surroundings, great little campsite! Perfect little campsite to relax and escape busy life. Surrounded by beautiful views including the sea view, sunsets are amazing! So peaceful, I will definitely return. Site has great basic facilities, generous sized flat pitches, I stayed in my VW campervan with no issue. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and I look forward to staying again.

Recommend this excellent campsite, the view is amazing and provides and excellent base to explore Angelsey.

Love the view and ideally located for exploring .The farmer friendly and helpful and baby cows in surrounding fields were a bonus

Worth a Visit

Very quiet and basic campsite in picturesque location with views of the sea. Only grass pitches and no electric - suitable for tents and small campervans. Facilities very basic with just toilets, waste disposal and washing up - no showers. This is reflected in the very reasonable costs to stay. Well attended by extremely nice owner who introduced himself. Site is just a field and quite remote so transport to get around is advised. However, if you want a quiet stay in beautiful location, then this is the site for you. Families with kids would need to travel for activities. For me it was ideal. I would definitely recommend and would certainly return again.

Small Quiet Field with Beautiful View

Peaceful small campsite with lovely sea/sunset views, great for a stop over in Anglesey. Available facilities were clean and tidy. Would recommend and come again!

Good basic site - excellent views

A small site - just 15 pitches on slightly sloping ground. Quiet site just the occassionally tractor and cows. Pitches varied in size and were allocated prior to arrival based on requirements. Good views out to sea - great for watching sunset (weather permitting) 2 flushing toilets, 1 cold water sink & 1 cold water washing up sink (as described) Toilet rolls and handwash provided. Site was full 1 night which created some queues for the toilets. Short walk down to a secluded bay - on our evening stroll we saw lots of choughs and hares. No phone signal on site added to the feeling of peace. Personal touch with owner chatting to campers at end of day. We would return.

Loved our stay

Basic camp site with stunning views , no showers … but didn’t mind as we only stayed the one night ,,,, local to beaches and towns would stay again … friendly owners who come during the evening to great guests and make sure everything is in order oh and friendly cows and sheep to who love attention x

Lovely

Excellent find

This place is amazing! Small site, prestine cleanliness Owner cleans every day, replenished the toilet paper empties the bins and recycling. The place is.so peaceful and quiet and there are tons of walking trails all over the area. The owner is nearly and is always smiling! Highly recommend and we will be back

Just for one night

We stayed at this site with our campervan for just one night. The last stop for taking the ferry to Ireland. It is a nice, quiet site with a beautiful sight. Also nice is that the gate is not closed in the evening so you can always drive in. The facilities are not that good. Inside the small building there are two toilets and a washbasin. The roof is leaking and the space is very small. Outside you can wash dishes. Though for one night, it is good. By the way, in Church Bay is a beautiful fish restaurant called Lobster Pot. Don't forget to make a reservation for that. 10 minutes hilly ride by bike.

Fantastic little site. Basic facilities but very clean and tidy. Views are spectacular with some stunning walks very nearby. Worth booking just to watch the sun set. No complaints at all from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peace & quiet!

Fantastic, basic campsite with sea & sunset views. Lovely & peaceful which seems to attract considerate campers - no noisy neighbours etc! Super handy for the coastal path. Wavecrest Cafe is brilliant and only a 5min drive away - their cream tea is incredible. Unfortunately the weather was against us and we had rain for most of our stay but the field didn't flood or go boggy - I was worried my Fiat 500 would get stuck but it was fine. The ground can be very hard in some places - we tried a handful of different pitches before we managed to actually get our tent pegs in, so make sure you test the ground before you fully commit to a pitch! Not sure if I just somehow managed to time it wrong, but almost every time I went to use the toilet block to go to the loo or use the sink to clean my teeth and freshen up, I bumped into somebody else in there also staying on the site. And there was only one or two other vans/tents so I'm sure the toilet block gets quite busy during peak times as there are only two toilet cubicles and one sink. We also said that it would maybe be handy to have a little shed/room with just a rail/hooks in it just to dry off wet clothes as we had rain pretty much our whole stay and struggled to dry off. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit :) xx

Great place to stay with kids. Quiet, with great view. A lot of space and clean facilities

Great site

Lovely, basic site with great owners. - Nice sea views. The owner / farmer was very friendly and helpful when we woke up to find our van had a dead battery. He couldn't have been more helpful, and got us back on the road in not time. - Definitely going back.

Perfect solo remote getaway

Perfect little remote campsite. No showers as advertised, but pleasant toilet block. Amazing views and great location for costal walking. Loved the remoteness and will return.
