Hop Pickers Rural Retreats offers a relaxing glamping retreat in the Worcestershire countryside, 20 minutes from Worcester. The small site offers one cosy bell tent and a luxury ensuite shepherd's hut with a hot tub, each sleeping up to two. Open all year round, guests can enjoy access to a games room, with a tennis court and outdoor heated pool in the summer. Dogs are welcome, with a charming woodland walk around the site and enclosed gardens!

Bell Tent - Furnished Bell Tent (Dog Friendly)May 2026

After a tough first few months this year, losing a parent, I decided on a last minute get away to relax and recharge. Hop Pickers' bell tent did not disappoint The location is beautiful, a private paddock you reach via a woodland path. Peaceful, rural haven. Cute animals on the farm from Shetland ponies to elegant geese. A blissful pool, perfect in the heatwave really made our stay a joy. The quirky games room was good to get some shade. Rebecca was so helpful and communication throughout was easy and smooth. Nice touches like a fan in the tent and mini fridge and induction hob in the kitchen trailer also added to the ease of our stay. All up, was the break we needed, definitely would go back.

We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by our host Becca. From the moment we arrived, we knew that the stay was going to be peaceful and relaxing. The hideaway shepherds hut was exactly what we had hoped it would be - secluded, quiet and calm. The interior was inviting, homely and immaculately decorated. Outside, a calming view across a paddock and a private hot tub tucked beneath the tree canopy which provided additional seclusion. Their focus on local artisan produce (including their own eggs from their rescue hens) was a nice addition and reinforced a caring nod to nature and their lovely community. Our three night stay was a chance to unwind, relax and just enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful location. I would just add that the vicinity of the hut (although definitely a hideaway) to the tennis court and outdoor pool could mean that there may be a little extra noise at times - but we did not experience this. It was a perfectly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
