Very friendly and uncomplicated location

We had a very great time. The people were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to be there. For those who are travelling with a campervan, they do not have a grey water disposal.

Amazing stay

Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely lady who was so accommodating and friendly. She really made our stay, I would recommend to anybody, families, couples. The location is beautiful as well, beach was only an 8-minute drive. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the stay, so worth it!

Fantastic stay, great location, well run campsite

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great site, was pleasantly surprised after expecting a basic site. Everything you need as well as being clean, well run and in a great location, and the loveliest welcoming staff at a great price! We'll be back!

Brilliant campsite - would book again

Brilliant campsite, would definitely recommend. Nice and clean facilities with nice edition of having a coffee van in the mornings, pizza van in evenings and shop for any essentials forgotten. Everyone was really friendly, particularly the host. Dropped one star for location purely because there isn't anything in walking distance and edge of field is alongside a road, which can get noisy (if we came again, we'd look to pitch opposite side of field). You can get to Padstow, beaches and shops within a short drive.

Fantastic

I drove 5 hours to this campsite and it was well worth the drive! The host was so friendly and helpful, full of info about the surrounding areas. The view was amazing, the facilities were great and very clean too! I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone, I cannot wait to go back.

A beautiful place

A beautiful place to relax in a tent. The owner of the campsite was very nice. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to rest and relax. We will definitely visit this place again.Thank you.

Great hosts, lovely site

Loved our stay. Toilets showers excellent, cleaned regularly. Little pop up coffee and pizza. An honesty shop on the 2nd field, how cool is that? Services for motorhome, cycled the Camel Trail, Bodmin Jail excursion was great, Padstow fish and chips (expensive but who cares, was good), would stay again!

Beautiful site with great facilities

For a pop up site, they have all the facilities you could wish for, including a permanent toilet and shower block (supplemented with extra hired in showers blocks). It is a family run business which is apparent as all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely will be returning.

We loved our stay!

We stopped one night at the Padstow View and we couldn't recommend this place enough! You pitch where you want, with a warm welcome! Toilet facilities and showers. A little shop with your essential needs. Will be back again!

Best stay ever

Such a lovely and clean space. Perfect for families. Shower and toilet facilities clean! Pizza made there was amazing and super yummy! Great location to beach! Judith is so lovely and kind and takes time out to talk to everyone! If you’re looking for a camping space I would highly recommend this one!

Lovely, peaceful site

We had a great stay at Padstow View, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the site and its facilities, which were very well thought out. We arrived late in the day and had some food onsite from their food trailer which was yummy and admired the view over Rock. The showers were icy cold when we went in, but was at busier times. Everything was so clean and the on-site shop was really helpful too. Lovely location and a great stop if doing a few nights here and there. The highlight of our trip was watching the incredible sunrise from our bed. Thank you so much!

Excellent site, highly recommended

Great location and site. All the basics you need - clean facilities and the honesty box for tip tops was a huge hit with my six year old. Would definitely return if we head to Padstow.

Excellent site

We only had a short stay at the site but I would definitely go again. The site is in beautiful countryside and there is so much room for you to choose your pitch. The facilities are second to none. The toilets are always clean and there is a hand dryer. The showers are self-contained cubicles and again are always clean and hot. There is a little shop, freezer for freezer blocks and lockers to charge your phone. You could hire a fire pit but we didn't bother as we were only there for a short time and I'm not good at lighting fires! Possibly the best site I've ever used. Thank you Judith for a wonderful stay.

Padstow view

Fantastic stay! We arrived in storm Betty and even then we had a great welcome by the lovely host 😊 The winds were insane which she couldn't help, but she still apologised and checked in on us. My laptop required charging and she offered to charge it for me so that I didn't have to leave it alone at the on-site charging area. The site even had Wi-Fi available! The facilities were fantastic and the showers/toilet block was very clean with hot water. Good range of items to purchase from the on-site shop and the food from the pizza truck was delicious! Would definitely come again and the location was great

Superb location and stunning views

Such a lovely pop up site. Site owner was really welcoming and friendly. Although we encountered moody Storm Betty she didn't spoil our stay! Grass pitch became slightly muddy but it drains well and drys out fairly quick. Loos lovely and clean, showers too and nice and warm. Lovely little shop for essentials and more. Pizzas in evening and morning breakie on site - nice touch x

Amazing little spot run by super friendly people

Great little campsite ideally placed between Padstow and Wadebridge and our favourite beaches only 5 minutes away by car. Run by lovely people who always stopped to say hi when walking past and always around to answer any questions you had. 10/10 experience!

Lovely off grid camping

For a rural camping field this site was amazing. Run by a lovely welcoming family who couldn't do enough for you. Toilet and shower facilities were fantastic and beautifully clean. Food in the evening from a trailer was great and fantastic coffee and bacon rolls in the mornings. Couldn't have asked for more, we will be back xxx

Great place to stay for beaches

Lovely pop up site with lots of extras including mini shop and coffee. Great to have toilets and showers on both fields.

Lovely campsite, decorated nicely and with a van with really nice bacon baps and coffees! The shop on the site had a really good selection and a lovely lady who helped us a lot!!

Lovely, friendly campsite

Really friendly, welcoming and a helpful owner who is there up to 10pm every night to help with anything. Really clean toilets which were fully stocked with toilet roll and soap. There was plenty of room to pitch. Very close to Padstow, with a regular bus running from the campsite into Padstow. Charging station is amazing, £1 for 2 hours charge to charge your appliances in a locked box. Showers were nice and hot but not very powerful. Little shop which was very handy selling all the essentials. Reasonably priced, and even sells fire pits and giant marshmallows! Also, there are food vans on site so between 8am and 10am, so you can get coffee, tea, bacon sandwiches etc. Between 6pm and 9pm, you can get pizza, burgers chips etc. Not sure if this is on every night, as we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. There are plug sockets you can use for drying/straightening your hair, but bear in mind that these are located in the little shop! Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend staying here. They have a quiet after 10pm policy.

Excellent

What stood out to me most about this campsite was the owner and how excellent her service was. She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond and really had a passion and love for everyone who was staying there. The facilities were fantastic! The toilets were constantly clean and replenished and the showers were powerful and hot! In the evening they opened a food stand, with great food and drinks! Even though the weather was severe storms when we stayed, the owner did everything she could to supply us with extra equipment to keep us warm from a small shop there on the campsite. I would 100% recommend this campsite to everyone!
