Excellent site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Excellent site. Well kept and spotless. Nice and clean. Close to beach. Lovely shop on site which is very reasonably priced for a camp shop.
Hidden gem
Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Hidden campsite a stroll away from a stunning beach over the dunes. Venders attend most evenings to serve food as the campsite is quite secluded, nearest shops is a 15 mins drive away. But perfect campsite to escape and have a relaxing weekend.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Excellent campsite with lots of space, superbly clean facilities, and a warm welcome. All this next to sand dunes with a beautiful beach, complete with seals. Wonderful getaway. Can't wait to return.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Really nice campsite, on the back of sand dunes that lead onto the beach. Nice clean site with very helpful staff and other cool bits like shop, ice cream and burger van, drinks bar too.

Only gripe was the pitches were a bit small and our neighbour had come over to our side with their toilet. No hot water in one of the washing up areas either but they are only minor gripes really.
Be prepared for wind.
Lovely campsite, kids had a great time
Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely place. Shame they did not put my brother in-law who arrived 2 days later on pitch next to me, but pitches 2 over for no apparent reason, even though I asked.
Apart from that, location and facilities excellent. My 3 kids had a blast.

First camping trip
Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 First camping trip with girls 6 and 8.
They loved it! The facilities were clean and the pitch tidy on arrival. Very close to the beach (over the sand dunes), the kids loved swimming with the seals.
The small shop has everything you always forget and they have food concessions open that change nightly. Will go again. X

Pleasant stay
Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We booked this site due to convenience having not visited before. Arrival was quick and easy, pitch was a nice size, plenty big enough for a large tent and car side by side.
Toilets were decent, shower block was separate from toilets but within short walking distance. Site size itself was not too small and not too big. Nice touch having food vans onsite each night different (pizzas were nice).
Beach attached to site through sand dunes was really nice and seeing the seals was a highlight. Pleasant any time of day and evening. Quiet time hours were good for us and majority of people abided by this. Not sure how monitored though as on the last night we were there we were awoken before 7am.
Wish we had stayed longer.

Loved exploring the beach and seals, watching sunrise was an unforgettable experience.

Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We stayed 2 nights, had a lovely pitch and really enjoyed our stay! Loved the play park and communal spaces, the only downfall was the lack of baby changing areas in the toilet / shower blocks but apart from this facilities were great and very clean!

Motorhome - Premium Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Waxham Sands is a lovely, quiet, clean site with great facilities. It's located next to beautiful golden sand beaches. The seals look at you as if they want to say hello! We had a great stay!

Motorhome - Premium Grass Pitches Aug 2024 This is a lovely campsite catering for all types of camping.
Clean facilities, friendly staff on hand to help and advise if needed. A small shop catering for basic needs.
Loved the different food traders that came in the evenings, and an outdoor bar. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the park. They also enjoyed doing the nature walk the 'Big 5' and received a medal all for free.
Beach close only a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you.

Tent - Premium Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We had a wonderful relaxing time on this campsite.
The facilities were the cleanest we've experienced, some toilets were a bit run down and smelly but on the whole, very impressed with all the other toilets. The beach is beautiful, bit of an uphill climb but the views are worth the walk.
Would definitely recommend and go back.
