Manor Caravan Park is a great base on the Norfolk coast, just a ten minute walk to Happisburgh Beach. There is a mix of grass non electric and electric pitches, for tents and tourers alike, set across spacious fields with views over the lighthouse and St Mary's Church. Enjoy easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park, the onsite licensed shop, and a pub within a five minute walk!

Great site, great location being walking distance to Happisburgh beach. Pitches were an average size (could be cramped when full). Facilities were spotlessly clean. Nothing much in immediate area, but good for touring the Norfolk coast by car. Weather was amazing, so the beach was all I needed!

My only suggestion is that the shop could be a little better stocked, including fresh fruit & veg, but this is a minor issue. Lovely stay with a 10 minute walk to beautiful beach.

Great place, peaceful. Would say it's not for families with young children as there is no play area on site but it is close to the beach and there is a play area no more than a 10 minute walk away.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View)Sep 2023

I've camped all over the country for 40 + years. This is the best and cleanest campsite I've ever been on. Well looked after and maintained and very peaceful. Friendly staff make it a pleasure to camp. Even a mobile fish and chip van in the evenings.

We had a lovely stay here. Glad we pitched on the church pitch, as it seemed much quieter with more space. Do think pitches are too small and close together in parts. It wasn't busy at our end, which was lovely, but I can imagine at peak times, our review may not have been as glowing. Lovely staff! Toilets and showers constantly cleaned and spotless. Lack of cold water to brush teeth was odd. You need a bottle of your own water as all taps are dual and hot. The water in showers left us feeling like there was an oily residue to the water, which was less pleasant. Overall, it was a really beautiful find.

The site is in a great location, with lovely walks and close to the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. The toilet/ showers are modern and extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again.
