Clear filters Excellent location and Service
Glamping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod Jun 2025 I was there with my Family for 2 nights and the Pods were clean and in highest standard with all facilities. Good location to go to nearest treks, lakes and mountains as well as not far from shops and restaurants.
Thanks to the Catherine for help throughout our stay.

Glamping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods with Bunk Beds Apr 2025 The pods are fantastic, incredibly well furnished, warm and have all you need be it for a weekend away or longer.
The covered entrance provides enough shelter to sit outside in the rain and the picnic bench on the decking is great for outside dining when the weather allows, all with fantastic views of the Lakeland hills.
Catherine is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make those stays that bit more comfortable. Superb accommodation and a lovely host. We very much hope to return soon.

Great pods in a good location
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod Aug 2024 Cragg Farm has a beautiful set of 3 camping pods. We stopped in the larger family pod and we were very impressed with the size and facilities it affords.
Having it's own toilet and shower was brilliant and avoided the middle of the night trips to the toilet block with the young ones. The pod is well equipped and we happily cooked a few meals using the little kitchen.
Catherine was a great host. A special thank you for recognizing our daughter's birthday in the way she did!

The pods were amazing, great quality and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and perfect for our little family. Catherine was super friendly and we had a really lovely time! Fantastic location & amazing host
Aug 2024 We booked for a long weekend at Cragg Farm and the place is perfect for what we needed. Everything inside the pod is spot on, beddings are clean and bed were comfortable. All we needed in kitchen were present, basically exceeded my expectations.
My kids and I love The Lakes and we come up here many times, so we will definitely be coming back here again and will recommend this place to my friends ,families and colleagues.
Thank you Catherine for being a wonderful host, you made our stay extra special.

Location was decent, not too far from the necessities in a car. Nice and peaceful.
The host was very welcoming and friendly and was more than happy to help with any questions and requirements.
The pods are the best I have stayed in for size and en-suite bathroom.
Overall the kids and myself was very happy with are stay and would definitely stay again.
Outstanding and perfect
Jul 2024 This was our 5th stay at Cragg Farm Camping Pods with our young children ages 4 and 9. We cannot recommend the pods enough, they are kept in immaculate condition, comfortable and have the most amazing views.
Catherine and her family are perfect hosts going above and beyond to ensure your stay is relaxing, fun and stress free. The pods have everything you need to get away from it all. From tea, coffee, biscuits and milk awaiting your arrival, gorgeous children's bedding and even night lights for children, Catherine has literally thought of everything to ensure you feel welcomed and relaxed.

Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods with Bunk Beds May 2024 We had a lovely couple of nights stay at Cragg Farm.
To start with, Catherine was such a lovely lady, very friendly and welcoming. The postcode took us straight to the farm no hassle at all. The pods were located in a very well kept area with beautiful views. It's not a big site but it's lovely and the kids played out on the grass in front of the pods at any point we came back. They also loved watching the sheep and lambs in the surrounding fields.
The pods themselves were very neat, tidy and very cosy. We stayed in the one with bunk beds and a sofa bed as we have 3 young kids and it was perfect - couldn't complain at all. Absolutely everything had been thought about and we were settled and content from the minute we opened the door.
The location's great as it's very close to Cockermouth for anything you may need.
We walked Ennerdale Water whilst we were there and Loweswater. Both stunning and kids loved it. We had an evening meal out at The Countryman which is a short drive from the site and the food was amazing.
Would highly recommend for a quiet and peaceful getaway in a good location to the western lakes and coast. We would certainly go again.
Amazing experience and well recommended
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods with Bunk Beds Apr 2024 Our first time to stay in a camping pod and it is a home away from home-complete with everything we need especially the shower which we love to have in the pod. The cleanliness is outstanding, not to forget the farm view situated above the hill which we enjoyed the sunrise and the sunset while having home cooked meals.
The owners are amazingly friendly and very accommodating, willing to lend a helping hand when needed. A huge thanks to them.
We highly and definitely recommend them to friends and family.
The serenity of the place is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our experience staying in this camping pod exceeds our expectations.

Catherine was so helpful, she thought of everything in the pods. Pods were clean and there was a-lot of space.

Exceptional pod
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod Aug 2023 Exceptional pod, highly recommend.
The pod is finished to a very high standard and is very clean. Everything has been thought of, even washing up liquid, milk etc on arrival. The only thing you need to bring is your own towels.
Catherine is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod Jun 2023 Fully equipped kitchen with ample space. Set in away from the main roads in a lovely sheep farm. Stunning views of the surrounding fells.
Owner is very friendly and welcoming. Bring your own towels.
What a lovely place!
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod Jun 2023 Our weekend stay in Cragg Farm pods was amazing and faultless. We could have stayed in the pod for days just looking at the view. Catherine and her family are so friendly and she is an excellent host. The pod was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there including milk for a cuppa when we arrived.
It was very safe for the kids to play around the area, as it was fully enclosed with only two other pods. The sheep on the adjacent farmland also provided kids with constant entertainment.
As for the area, there are many things to do and see within a very short drive. We went for a lovely walk near Loweswater one day and then went to Whinlatter Forest the next day. Cockermouth is the nearby town, 5-6 min drive and has a good high street and supermarkets with a majority of friendly locals.
We were very impressed by the whole experience and will be returning to stay again soon.
