Glamping Pod - The Old Harrow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Apr 2025 Great spot to be in with amazing views, whatever the weather is doing.
The pod itself we couldn't fault at all. Beautifully finished and really comfortable with everything needed for a short stay (possibly longer). Everything works - really clean.
My wife hasn't stopped going on about how much she loved it there. Really well thought out.

Glamping Pod - The Old Harrow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Mar 2025 We stayed for 2 nights & had the best time.
The pods are immaculate, everything inside is new and really well equipped with a range of appliances. The underfloor heating was very effective & the pod kept really warm overnight, even though it was in minus degrees both nights. We made a fire using their fire kits which was lovely.
Really easy to get hold of the pod owners, as we had forgot towels and they brought us some. The views are stunning, easily accessible to lots of great hikes.
Definitely will return, great value for money but really quality accommodation.
Amazing, quiet, cosy, relaxing
Glamping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Mar 2025 I came to the pod by myself to recharge and was blown away.
Location is lovely with great views, walks and a nice heritage museum with friendly locals and staff. The pod was amazing. So warm and cosy, great big bath and cosy bath robe. Equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and air fryer so all basis covered. Bed was so cosy and was really handy ledge and plug sockets right near bed. Bluetooth built in speaker in the ceiling was amazing to help drift me to sleep and during the day when relaxing.
I can't wait to go back with someone next time. Owners respect privacy, contactless check in and check out by key safe but on hand over the phone and email if any issues. No issues, will visit again soon.
Hidden gem
Glamping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Nov 2024 Immaculate pods! Spotless and had everything you could need in them. Felt like the luxury of a hotel but with the fun and views of a pod. The hot tub was great and had Beautiful scenery.
Will be back and will bring friends with us this time, as it's great for groups.

Camping Pod - The Plough Ensuite Pod with Optional Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Sep 2024 Booked this for me and my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Plough pod which had everything we needed. The hot tub was our favourite part.

Awesome holiday destination
Camping Pod - The Plough Ensuite Pod with Optional Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Aug 2024 We loved our time at Dentdale Pods.
This was our first glamping experience being hardened tent folks, but we thought we'd try a bit more comfort this time and we were not disappointed. The pod was so well thought out, with every comfort added, for both us humans and our small dog. This is the perfect location for a quiet getaway on a working farm in the heart of Dentdale.
Mark and Emily were the perfect hosts and we felt privileged to be able to share their farm for the week. A short walk into Dent gave access to a great wee shop, two pubs and some cafes, plus access to endless runs and walks. The perfect location to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary ❤️

Great place to stay
Camping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Mar 2024 Clean, cosy and with fantastic views! Hot water was temperamental at times, however it was not much of an issue.
Amazing - a must stay! Camping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Mar 2024 I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with this place!! The pod was gorgeous and cozy, and incredibly well stocked up (amenities such as a coffee machine, an air fryer and built in speakers that we never expected). The location was also lovely, with a very helpful guide on walks and local places that we could visit, and an added bonus that we could purchase fresh eggs from the farm!
The bed was also the most comfortable bed that I have ever stayed in!
Emily and Mark were helpful and lovely hosts, we could not fault anything about our whole experience, other than I wished that we could have stayed longer!
We will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future :)

Camping Pod - The Old Harrow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Nov 2023 Dentdale Pods is by far the best glamping experience we have ever had!
We spent two nights here and honestly I was begrudgingly packing on that final morning; if I could've stayed for the whole week, I would!
We have stayed in a few similarly built pods over the years, but hand on heart this is miles above the rest. Perhaps it's me not properly reading websites, but it felt like there was surprise after surprise in The Old Harrow. Whilst glamping, we didn't expect the luxuries of things like underfloor heating and a Nespresso machine, but lo and behold you've got it at Dentdale. We packed thick pyjamas and cosy socks but if anything I had to open the windows because it was so toasty! Wilma, our vizsla, had zero complaints and curled up on the floor within minutes of arriving!
Emily and Mark are the perfect people to be running a place like this. They are so incredibly kind and their attention to detail and thoughtfulness blew us away!!
It's fair to say, I had the most wonderful birthday weekend and we will certainly be back soon :-)
The Fallow
Camping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Nov 2023 We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The pod was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. We appreciated having a bath, not just a shower. The view was amazing in the morning!
The coffee machine didn't work when we were there, but that didn't matter as we had our own supplies.
Excellent location
Camping Pod - The Plough Ensuite Pod with Optional Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Oct 2023 We stayed in the Plough Pod and it was lovely, cosy and warm. Very peaceful and quiet location. Access to a fire pit and hot tub as well, some great walks to take with a dog.
Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
A great stay
Camping Pod - The Plough Ensuite Pod with Optional Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Oct 2023 A great location for touring the area, the pod was clean, tidy and warm, we travelled on the day of storm Babet!!
As we arrived in the dark, the owner kindly met us, to show the parking area, pod etc. If you are looking to stay within Dent, could do a lot worse than the pod for sure, offered all we needed for the three-night stay. The water was hot, the shower good, and a comfortable bed, who needs more.
A negative, and certainly nothing to do with the pod/owners, the local pub (Dent) stopped serving food at about 7:30 on a Friday evening, but there are a few in Sedbergh, a few miles away. Might have been the time of year, late October?
Would book and stay again for sure, can imagine on a summer's evening, glorious to sit outside, enjoy the view with a beer/BBQ going.
The farm with charm
Camping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Sep 2023 We really enjoyed our stay at Dentdale Pods, the views were beautiful it was so tranquil and it had all the facilities you might need.
The weather was scorching, but there was a fan there which was great for the humid nights. We ordered a fire kit package which was lovely and came with marshmallows along with everything needed to make a fire. For us personally it was perhaps a bit too rural, the country roads are very windy and what should be a short drive ended up being twice as long to get anywhere, my partner got pretty tired of driving so we thought we would have a wander around the village.
There are cute cafés in Dent, both of which closed at around 4pm, and there were 2 pubs but only one served food and neither of them were open 7 days a week, so we struggled to find places to eat on weekday evenings without a 30 minute drive. We made friends with a lovely black and white cat who came to visit us everyday but beware, as he does bite when he gets sick of being stroked 😂🐈⬛
Overall, a lovely relaxing experience and could not fault Dentdale pods themselves 👌

Camping Pod - The Fallow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 The pod was perfect! Tranquil, gorgeous views, small site, dog-friendly, luxurious, comfy bed, beautiful en-suite bathroom, eco-friendly, fire pit (with BBQ) and designated parking - absolutely excellent value for money!

Excellent getaway
Camping Pod - The Old Harrow Ensuite Pod (Dog Friendly) Jun 2023 This getaway was excellent, especially as many places only provide 2 nights or more - we only requested 1
Mark and Emily have a lovely set up of 3 pods, one with a jacuzzi, which we were able to hire as the other pod was unattended for the night, this was a great bonus for us. It's was extremely clean, all facilities were excellent, the handbook that was included was good to learn about the location and what was around the area.
It really was a beautifully, tranquil place to stay. Absolute bliss 😁 thank you guys.

The stay was just what we needed and the pod and experience as a whole was fantastic. The beds were very comfy, the firepit was great, and even our dog had a great time.
