Clear filters Amazing haven of loveliness
Camping Pod - Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) May 2024 Having never experienced glamping before, I didn't know what to expect. I can safely say from the minute we booked until the minute we left, we had the best experience ever. Such a wonderful location and our pod was beyond belief. The most charming views and setting and easily accessible. Great facilities on site and wonderful friendly staff. We can't wait to get back.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 Stayed 2 nights in our camper van, whilst attending racing at Donington Park. Convenient location, clean and tidy site, everything we needed for the weekend. Owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.
Lovely site
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2024 When we arrived we was greeted by friendly staff had the pick of the field as we were the first ones to arrive. The facilities were kept clean throughout our stay. The quirky outdoor toilets and showers are a nice touch. The bell tents and pods look really good and I would definitely give them a try.
Peaceful clean and friendly
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2024 Think this might be the cleanest site we've stayed on. Staff couldn't help enough. Lovely quiet location, a short walk from Swarkestone Bridge and pub. Toilets and showers clean and tidy, shower shacks were cold though (hence the 4*) and saw them being clean. Any issues we had were with other campers and were quickly managed by site staff.

Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2024 A lovely little site, very clean and the staff are so friendly, there are some lovely walks with very nice country pubs. Will definitely stay again, most enjoyable.
Bargain for the facilities
Bell Tent - Plus Deluxe Lotus Belle Tent with Round Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Apr 2024 Stayed one night. The tent was huge and warm with the heater.
Hot tub was gorgeous, lovely setting in a lovely large field and lovely decking picnic bench.
Next time I'll bring ear buds as it was loud from the road but the whole set up we were very impressed with.

A few days away
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2024 Great campsite. We were greeted with a smile on arrival, which is always a good sign in my book.
Very relaxed and you can choose your own pitch on arrival. Hardstanding pitch sizes were generous, which were all fully serviced.
We would definitely recommend.

Bell Tent - Deluxe Lotus Belle Tents with Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Apr 2024 We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in a lotus belle tent with the 4 person hot tub. Absolutely loved it. Site staff so friendly and helpful. Helped with everything we asked. Would recommend!
Absolutely amazing
Camping Pod - Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Apr 2024 The site was not what we expected at all! IT WAS MORE! You must book to see! Owner was absolutely lovely, the hot tub and the view was just something I would pay for alone! Beds were comfy, and my little boy really enjoyed sleeping on a camp bed for the first time, heating provided in the pods for after hot tub, I will definitely be returning for more than a night, thank you for having us! 🙂

Camping Pod - Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Apr 2024 Fantastic place, clean and tidy shower and toilet block, welcoming and friendly owner.
Nice arrival to a warm hot tub and warm cabin, looking forward to visiting again.

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Mar 2024 First time camping in our VW Transporter, we forgot a few things. Wife has never been camping, site easy to find, easy to park and met a few other campers, everyone friendly.
Clean toilets and clean showers. Offered without asking some towing assistance if needed to get off site (wet grass) will definitely return.

The place was very peaceful and calm. The pricing was exceptional. The people were very nice and so were the staff. The toilet facilities were very clean and tidy and great in general!
The pod was very cosy, tidy and organised. We all enjoyed our stay very much! The hot tub was a lovely temperature and was very well maintained. The whole site was well maintained. Lots of seating areas and all facilities were very good. Lots of space for the children to run around and was all ages friendly!

Camping Pod - Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Mar 2024 Had a lovely relaxing time at this site with my 2 teenage boys. The pods were well equipped and despite the freezing weather, remained warm and cosy.
The woodfired hot-tubs were great to sit out on a cold evening!

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Very well kept site. Clean facilities. Hardstanding pitches not too close together. Quiet as it was March. Owners were quick to help us out with a plug when needed.
Recommend for couples and children over about 13.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2024 We really like this campsite, its the second time we've been. Pitches are spaced out with plenty of room. The facilities are spot on just generally a nice place to go and relax for a few days.
Thinking about coming back for New Year's Eve.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2024 Quiet due to time of year, but not sure I'd like to visit at the height of season. Facilities appeared tired and not quite the standard of other campsites that we have stayed at.
Having said that, there was everything that we needed.

Bell Tent - Plus Lotus Belle Tents with Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Feb 2024 Had a fab stay this weekend, lovely warm welcome :) hot tub was already fired up as requested!
Facilities were lovely and clean and two pubs were within short walking distance.
Our only slight negative would be more firelighters needed, please. We went out and when we got back someone had taken the last bit of ours🥲

Camping Pod - Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Dec 2023 What a lovely stay! We stayed for New Year's Eve and it was brilliant.
The owners are lovely and helpful, they're always on hand if you need them. We had a lovely hot tub which was great and they even helped us to light it as we were having trouble (first time campers🤣). Everything is clean and tidy. Even with the pouring rain for 2 days, we had the best time!
Would definitely recommend and come back here. We're even considering booking again for next New Year's Eve already!
