Clear filters Lovely
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 We have a motorhome so are self sufficient, so unsure of what the services were like.
We loved it, very peaceful. We only had 1 night but wish we had more and will certainly return for the chill.

The field is flat with well maintained grass.
The toilets and showers were new looking and very clean.
The owners were onsite the whole time and super friendly. Very nice atmosphere to the whole place.
Good pubs locally serving meals. We didn't use the onsite cafe, but it looked nice. Fed the goats!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 This site offers clean facilities, plenty of space to pitch and has all the basics you need on a campsite.
If you are looking for a good quality, all purpose campsite, this is a good option. The pricing structure means it is less good value for one person, but would be okay for a group. Owner was helpful and flexible.
Only downside was road noise.
Perfect hosts and beautifully clean.
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Our first visit to Elmwicke and I have to leave a review.
First impressions were good, a lovely big field and nicely cut grass. We were welcomed by the owner, she was so nice and chatty. Toilets, always something people like to read about. Spotlessly clean, decent quality toilet paper, showers spacious with a little tray so your shoes don't get wet. Hot water was plentiful and just the right temperature. Very nicely presented, white, hand washing facilities with a good quality hand wash soap, so overall 10 out of 10 from me.
Ease of access off the M5 is good. Usual grey water and cassette emptying facilities with lots of bins, many signed for different recycling. I should mention there are some lovely looking local pubs which look very good for food, but a 15 minute drive and your in the centre of Cheltenham.
We will use this site whenever we come back for the Cheltenham Food & Drinks Festival.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Lovely campsite just outside Cheltenham, very quiet with no road noise, only noise was families and children playing.
The campsite has a very open space for all to use, shower and washing facilities were excellent. The lady meeting us got us quickly onto our pitch and then got her car out to give us a lift to the main road and bus stop. She couldn't do enough for us and supplied us with a pre booked cooked breakfast roll.
We will be back.
Absolutely amazing
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 From the first minute, simply wonderful. Amazingly spacious colossal field, best toilets and showers ever. Fabulous café, the kids loved it loved it loved it, and nothing to much trouble for the fabulous Ruth. Many thanks, see you again.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Had a fantastic day at this lovely campsite. Ruth was amazing letting our grandson feed the animals and being so welcoming and hospitable. Very peaceful site, would highly recommend. We will return soon.
Outstanding
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2024 The site was immaculate. Ruth, the owner, greeted us warmly and her engaging attitude was 1st rate. Nothing was any trouble. Ruth took our granddaughter to see some livestock and feed a few. Including bacon, the pet pig. The showers and toilet blocks were pristine in their cleanliness. It's easy to forget this is a working farm. The inclusion of a small cafe is a brainwave. We will be booking a weekend away here again, in the near future.
First campervan outing
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2024 This was my first outing in a campervan so I was rather apprehensive, however Ruth and Jon were very welcoming, incredibly helpful (particularly when I realised that I didn't have an electric hook-up cable!) and made my stay really effortless and very enjoyable. I would definitely return and recommend.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2024 Clean, gender-inclusive and excellent accessible facilities! Had such a great time camping on the site.
It felt both physically and mentally safe as it was inclusive. We got to bring our dogs as well!
The campsite owner was really welcoming, would recommend and come again!

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 My name is Zosia and I'm 9 years old. Me and my cousin stayed at Ruth's amazing camp for 3 days. It was great, Ruth showed us her animals and we got along well. I think that everybody should have a chance to stay at this camp.
Unfortunately, the camping field was flooded but kindly Ruth found us a place to camp. In my opinion this campsite is one of the best!

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Mar 2024 Stayed here to travel to the racing festival. The 2 owners Ruth and John go above and beyond for their guests. Despite some challenging weather this year, they do what they can to make everyone's stay enjoyable and stress free.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2023 Lovely hosts, Ruth can't do enough for you. Even does breakfast if required and shows you her pet pig Bacon, who is monstrous loveable animal - a must see. Deffo come back 10/10.

Good, clean and well functioning facilities. Convenient footpaths/bridleways for dog walks. Would definitely look up again when next working in the area.
