Beautiful views across farmland too.
Saturday, the ice cream man popped by which was a lovely bonus. We've never been at a site where Mr Whippy turned up! Fabulous.

Hardstanding pitches were very spacious, neat and tidy.

Perfect campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 13 May 2025 1st time towing a caravan so we wanted to go somewhere very close to home (20 minutes away) great little site. Everything we needed.
Clean facilities, spacious pitches. A very peaceful, relaxing day and night at Lime Tree campsite.
Host was lovely, helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be returning back to this beautiful site.
Amazing site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 11 Mar 2025 This was our first trip out in our caravan. We got extremely lucky booking this amazing site! Everything was perfect, clean facilities, massive pitches and excellent service from the owners.
We only live 20 minutes away so it's a perfect getaway for the weekend at an extremely good price! We are looking forward to booking again.

Lovely site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 11 Feb 2025 A beautiful quiet site. Facilities immaculately clean but limited number compared to site size, the only reason it's a 4 not a 5 for facilities.
Rosemary a delightful host, accommodated a late change in arrival time and enabling an extra night. Local pub is dog friendly, less than 5 mins walk down road, no footpath but there are verges and it's not a main road. Food was home cooked and delicious.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 1 Feb 2025 This is a great place to stay, there are level parking pitches, great facilities and it is very quiet.
An ideal location close to the NEC Birmingham.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 2 Feb 2025 Great, quiet site. Could do with a larger toilet and shower block, but it was clean and tidy. Local pub was okay, not the best in regards to cleanliness.

Super clean facilities. Large hard standing pitch with electric and water hook up. Very quiet site but just what we wanted.
Owner came round both evenings. All in all, a great stay and well worth the money.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitch 17 Feb 2025 Lime Tree Caravan Park was an excellent site for both our one night stopovers enroute to London & back. Nice, peaceful rural location, with easy access to all routes.
The toilet and shower blocks are maintained to a high standard, with the use of cistern fresh blocks a very nice detail. On our second stopover, there was a ground frost, so the electric heaters in the toilet and showers was another nice example of home from home!

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitch 17 Oct 2024 We had to be in Hinckley first thing so this was a perfect arrangement for us. Lovely, modern, clean and warm loos and shower rooms. We arrived in the dark and left early morning so no chance to explore but wouldn't hesitate to return again.
Lovely quiet site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 3 Oct 2024 We had a lovely stay at Lime Tree Caravan Park. The toilets and showers were clean and always available. The site was extremely quiet and peaceful. We had a meal and drink in the Gate in Ratcliffe Culey just half a mile up the road.
Atherstone is a lovely unspoilt town with lots of history.

Only downside for us was we couldn't see where we could drop our grey waste. There was an area for grey waste but not suitable for a campervan. Would still highly recommend.
Perfect for the NEC

Quiet, small area with toilet block. Security gates surrounded by fields.
Great little campsite, nice, quiet & clean!
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitch 18 Oct 2024 A lovely little campsite. Nice and quiet due to being situated away from a main road, just by a quiet country back road.
Think there are about 25 pitches available, but there were only about 12 occupied on the night of my stay. Nice big pitches and the toilets/showers were very clean. There are only two toilets and two separate showers. For those in vans without a toilet think you should be ok, especially in quieter periods as those with touring vans may use their own facilities.
The toilet & shower rooms were heated which was nice, it did go down to almost freezing that night! Would definitely stay here again when passing through!

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 1 Sep 2024 Convenient location not far off the motorway for our stop enroute to Devon. Quiet site with huge pitches. Hook up points and taps on each pitch. Toilets and showers immaculate and lovely warm water. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers so might not be enough if it's busy. No queues when we went though. Nice place. Would stay again
Countryside views
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Pleasant site with the host giving great communication, clean facilities and pitches are a good size! Local pub within easy walkable reach from the campsite.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 13 Aug 2024 A brilliant little site, it was very well maintained, with very clean toilets and a friendly host that came to say hello.
Booking was so easy, we received a text giving the code to the gate, toilets and showers.
It was a small site but that's what we like, we had the choice of hard or grass pitches there was electric and water if you needed it.
Will definitely be returning

Nice little site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch 2 Aug 2024 Stayed here in August. Lovely little site, large flat well maintained pitches. In today's camping world, it's quite cheap for a fully-serviced pitch, we paid £25 a night. Fellow campers were friendly enough, facilities were clean and what you'd expect from a campsite. Lovely little walks around the site and a pub just up the road, what more could you want!
