Nestled in the Lincolnshire countryside, just ten minutes from Skegness, this site is a peaceful, adult only touring site. Guests can enjoy lakeside views and fishing in either of the two well-stocked onsite lakes with carp, bream, roach, rudd, tench, and perch. Choose from 5m x 7m electric grass pitches with 16 amp hook up for caravans, 7.3m x 2.7m electric hardstanding pitches with 16 amp hook up for caravans, campervans, and motorhomes, or fully serviced hardstanding pitches with lake views. These include a 10 amp electric hook up, plus water and drainage connections, and are suitable for caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. Spend your days exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds, just a 40 minute drive away, or enjoy Skegness Pier, only five minutes from the site. The park is located just five minutes from the sandy coastline and close to some of the area's top beaches, including Skegness Beach (10 minutes), Ingoldmells Beach (15 minutes), and Moggs Eye (25 minutes). BBQs are welcome, but open fires are not permitted. Dogs are also welcome, with up to two allowed per pitch.

Their season runs from 1st March to 30th November. Grass pitches are available only until 30th September.

Onsite, you'll find a toilet and shower block, waste disposal point, and water points. There's also a small shop mainly catering to fishers, offering a range of tackle, bait, fishing gear, and more. Guests have access to two well-stocked fishing lakes, home to carp, bream, roach, rudd, tench, and perch.

The Lookout Public House is just a ten minute drive away and serves a wide selection of hot and cold food and drinks. For everyday essentials, a Tesco Superstore is also less than ten minutes away by car.

Animal lovers will enjoy Skegness Aquarium, just ten minutes away, where you can even scuba dive with sharks, rays, and tropical fish. Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is also close by, just a 20 minute drive. The site is five minutes from Skegness, ideally placed for peaceful walks along sandy Skegness Beach, or head a little further to Huttoft Beach and Moggs Eye, both 25 minutes away.

If you're after more adventure, the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape is just 40 minutes away, offering rolling hills, sweeping countryside views, and an abundance of scenic walking trails. Ingoldmells village is also just ten minutes away, with a selection of eateries, shops, and markets to explore.
