Clear filters Lovely location near the beach
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Aug 2025 Location lovely, a beautiful cliff top walk down to the beach. Facilities all clean, and the site quietened down after about 10pm. The gravel roads were quite nosy as we had to camp next to the road. But overall a pleasant stay.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 I was in lighthouse view pitch 8A, great position with lots of room.
Lovely facilities and great that you have someone to show you your pitch and how they want you to set up.
Go a bit lost on the way to the beach but it was fantastic and parking is available.
Really enjoyed a couple of lazy day by the beach and I will definitely be back.

Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 This site is immaculately kept and all the staff were very friendly from start to finish.
They have a well stocked shop for last minute items left at home.
Will definitely be returning.

Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 After losing my husband, this was my first time camping solo. I was apprehensive being on my own, The camp was fairly busy with lots of children playing, couples just sitting and me and my dog, all enjoying the sunshine. The facilities were very clean and neat, staff were very chatty and friendly.
I certainly didn't feel the odd one out. Would recommend the camp .

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Aug 2025 Couldn’t fault the site. Simon who showed us our pitch was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. Close to the beach and only 40 minutes from Cromer. Several lovely pubs close by and plenty of nice beach walks. The site was incredible clean, very well laid out and all staff I interacted with,10/10. Could not be more helpful. This whole site atmosphere was incredible and we will definitely be visiting again next year!

Absolutely lovely. Beautiful campsite, the staff are amazing and the shower block was the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Lovely friendly family site. Quiet at night, no problems getting to sleep, will definitely go back. Lovely holiday.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2025 Really can't fault Manor Caravan Park, arrived, warm welcome, excellent facilities, I mean, spotless, well maintained. the grass was short and in great condition. Happisburgh is lovely and staying here made it all the better

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 Our first trip in our new motorhome, we picked this site as the facilities seemed to be at a good standard and we were not let down, they were very good. The site managers were very helpful and assisted us with our questions on the site and nearby village / beach. We will definitely visit again.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 I don’t normally write reviews but this is by far the cleanest campsite I’ve been on! The showers were clean to a hotel standard and staff was very friendly! We were given a nice corner plot and will certainly be coming back. There isn’t much around so ensure you bring your own food, drinks etc. a lovely beach about 10min walk away

A warm welcome awaits all who stay, staff are polite and very helpful and a small shop on site caters for essentials.
Toilet and shower facilities were exceptionally clean at all times and the site is well tended.

Amazing and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the toilets and shower area is superb.
All in all make our stay pleasant and the kids enjoy the trip much. Looking forward to trying the electric pitch next summer holiday.
Beach camp
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2025 Great motorhome/camping park for a short break, within 5 min walk of the sandy beach equipped with toilets, swing park, car park and ice cream van.
Manor park have great facilities, lovely showers toilets, laundry, on site shop is decent selection of food and drink with BBQ stuff, booze, soft drinks and sweets. Lighthouse is beautiful too and light flashes at night.
Very relaxing break.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2025 We stayed one night with our campervan. The toilets etc are immaculate and plenty of showers and toilets. It's clearly a well kept site. Lovely and peaceful stay.
It's a short walk to the beach which is fab. There's a small shop on site but nothing else nearby. That wasn't an issue, just good to know. If we ever travel this way in the future, we will definitely stay again.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Jul 2025 I'm very happy with the site, I was positively surprised how clean the facilities were and very accessible. Wide shower cubicles and toilets.
Staff were amazing and very accommodating when we had issue with our hook up. It's located 10-15 min walk from the beach. It was worth it.

Lovely, quiet site
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Jul 2025 Lovely, quiet site within walking distance to the beach and lovely quaint village. Walk along the costal path to Sea Palling which was lovely.
The local pub is a sight to behold. Ok for a drink but avoid the food and the awful inside of the pub. Considering the beautiful village, you would expect more from the local but sadly not.

Excellent cleanliness with immaculate finish. Had view of both lighthouse and church. Very nice helpful staff always with a smile.
Would recommend this site to families in the summer hols and older people before holidays for total peace and quiet.
