Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2025 We had a lovely two night stay at Two Jays Farm, a really peaceful camp 10 mins walk to the river where we enjoyed a family kayaking adventure 😊
A real high point for me was being close to the alpacas 🦙
There's everything you need, plus a great little honesty shop selling a great selection from fresh coffee to souvenirs, we'd definitely stay again 😊👍
Stunning campsite!
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2025 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning campsite, set in such a beautiful location! From the moment we arrived, Michelle made us feel incredibly welcome, she was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience.
The site itself was immaculate with great facilities and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Honestly, we couldn't fault a single thing about our stay. We're already looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Apr 2025 Great site and very friendly host.
Good location with a 15 minute stroll into the village and well located for access to the B-roads.
Exceptionally clean toilets and showers, although I wouldn't like to use this site in the summer months due to there only being 4 toilets and 2 showers. We even had a morning queuing when there were only a few on the site!

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2024 A great little place...best bits being the location in general and proximity to the river and pub, also the wide range of animals kept on the site, and the 24/7 honesty box tuck shop. In conclusion, yes I would use the site again.
Our visit
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2024 Walk to the river was easy but might be difficult carrying paddle boards etc. a two second drive and there is a lay-by, nearer to the river.
Great fields to set up in. No defined pitches, so you can set up as you wish.
Nice Shepherd's Hut facilities. Toilet paper provided. Showers cleaned regularly, they get the usual grass in but it was gone quickly enough.
Would definitely return for another visit.
Norfolk camping trip
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2024 Great location close to a shop and pub. The road next to it is a bit busy though. Owner was very friendly and lots of cute animals. Toilets and showers were cleaned daily to a high standard however they do get dirty overnight/in the early morning so I just avoided having a shower first thing. There’s no option for electric hookup, but that added to the charm in some ways.
Just be aware that if you pay extra to hire a fire pit it doesn’t come with any wood!
Overall, really nice stay and good value for money. Would recommend and visit again!

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2024 We had a fantastic time at Two Jays campsite - what we had hoped and more - lovely setting - really friendly and not too busy.
With beautiful walk down to the river and great facilities. We were entertained by the alpacas and horses and had great adventures on the paddleboards we hired there. Good for all ages with space for field games and places to explore.
You can have a fire, buy treats from the tuck shop, meet camping neighbours over washing up. Lovely staff and great hot showers.
Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2024 A great site in a lovely setting within easy walking distance to Coltishall. Excellent toilet and shower facilities which were both spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2024 4 tents and a van family get together for the bank holiday weekend. easy to find and easy access. 2 lovely fields and relaxed about pitches. lovely walks from site. river 10 min walk or 2 min drive. main road is busy but quiet at night and trees and hedgerow seperates. Alpacas, horses, sheep and chickens. lots of space, new shower/toilet huts plenty of hot water. lovely relaxing weekend with firepit at night. would recommend 👌

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Sep 2023 By far best site myself and my partner have stayed on.
Friendly greeting from host, free choice on where to pitch and left to our own devices to explore the beautiful surroundings, easy to follow directions from the hosts down to the river. Perfect if you have your own kayak, canoe etc. But hire is also available.
The grounds were well-kept, toilets and showers were also very nice. Although we didn't have kids in tow they would have also enjoyed the space along with the animals. So nice to be on a site that isn't commercialised camping as it should be!
Will definitely be returning next summer. Thanks for a great stay.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2023 Spent one night here whilst travelling around Norfolk in a campervan and was really impressed with this site.
Was small and friendly, facilities were clean and location was good.
Although travelling only as a couple, this would be a great place to stay with children, as the farm is perfect. Such a great setting.

Great little site
Bell Tent - Bell Tents Aug 2023 Arrived here after a very long journey. Really lovely bell tent with double bed and 2 single camp beds for kids. Brought our own bedding. Lovely shower blocks, which contain 2 showers and a toilet block, which has 2 toilets. It was all nicely decorated and clean. We booked another night while we were there. A lovely, clean site. Would definitely come again x

Pros: quiet and relaxed atmosphere; good facilities, easy access to Norwich and the coast.
Cons: the facilities, while very good and clean, could have included more showers.
We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay very much. We will absolutely enjoy staying again.
Great getaway
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2023 Lovely campsite with good facilities. Nicely located to get to local attractions.
It was clean and quiet. The showers are clean, hot and roomy. The reception area has snacks & fire logs to buy and a communal fridge. The animals are amazing really enjoyed them.
We stayed in our own motorhome but I'd be tempted to try the bell tents they look like fun.
I'd certainly recommend this site especially for families with young children.
Friendly campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Friendly and well located. Showers and toilets were kept pretty clean but the road was louder than I had anticipated.
The kids had a great time running around in a safe environment and saying hello to the animals.
One night stop over
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jul 2023 A great location to explore the surrounding area on foot, the main village which has some excellent pubs, the nearest pub only a 10 minute walk. The campsite was all we needed for our stay. We would definitely return.
Lovely farm campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jul 2023 Lovely small and clean site surrounded by animals. Very friendly alpacas 🦙 😍 Fire pits for hire too! The owners were lovely and really helpful, definitely somewhere I'll book again.
15 minute walk from Coltishall where you can find a lovely pub, shop and chip shop. The river is close by for paddleboarding or kayaking and equipment is available to hire from the campsite.
Big space for kids to play with a football goal.
Lovely rural location if you like a field and just being outdoors.
A lovely little campsite but not near a river
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Jun 2023 Lovely campsite, the showers were excellent and the toilets clean. It's great seeing the animals. It is a non electric hook up but didn't matter to any of us.
The only downside was that we thought it was nearer the river. It was well maintained and clean.
Peaceful and lovely amenities

Lovely little shepherd's hut, toilets and showers, plenty of bins, good wash up area and very local to paddle boarding areas, would return.
