Relax onsite or venture 20 minutes to Norfolk's golden sand beaches - Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton, or Sandringham Estate is just five minutes away. The seasonal bar is also ideal for socialising!

A lovely tranquil adult only site with views of a large fishing lake outside your window, only a stones throw away. Great sized pitches and the toilet/shower blocks are spacious and spotless. We booked online and then on arrival were met by the very friendly owners who explained how everything works around the site. The views of the fishing lake are just beautiful, good signal and free Wi-Fi. There is even a bar on site 🍻 What more does anyone need 👌I just wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back for sure. Definitely a 5 star site.

The welcome was great. Showers were very good, with cleanliness superb. Nice atmosphere in bar. Really good Motorhome service point. Fishing was good when the weather allowed. Mark was extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an angling break.

Great site, clean and very tidy. Very windy during our stay, but still managed a few walks from the site. Great site if you want to visit the Sandringham Estate, as it's only minutes away my car or about 45 minutes to walk. Great welcome by Mark who showed us directly to our pitch and explained how to use the EHU. Great site and good value too.

Everything for quiet caravanning & fishing. This family owed site is a true gem, friendly, welcoming & total bliss. The evening bar open for a few hours has made this already great site even better. All this and at a very reasonable cost.

What a lovely friendly site. James and Mark are fantastic hosts. We met some lovely people. Lake is beautiful, a relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend if a fisherman or just want a nice peaceful break. Mark and Julie.

Great location, great hosts, so quiet, local pubs and shops within walking distance. Would have liked to have swam in the lake but appreciate those fishing wouldn't be too happy with that.

We absolutely loved it here. First time away in our little caravan and the people who run it couldn't have been more helpful and kind enough to lend us an electric lead, as we didn't have one. Very peaceful place and the bonus of adult only and fishing! We will certainly be coming back 😊

What a lovely experience from arrival to departure. Was greeted upon arrival, very welcoming and was taken to our pitch and explained how the electric hook up worked. Will definitely be coming again in the not too distant future.

From arriving, being met by Mark and being taken to our pitch, the stunning view of the lake, the cleanliness of the site's facilities and the peaceful and relaxing location made the whole experience perfect. No hesitation in giving 5 stars. We loved it so much we stayed an additional night. Without a doubt we will go here again. Extremely recommended.

Cannot rate this highly enough. A very friendly and family run site. A beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the sunset on "sunset ridge". It was lovely and quiet, with very clean toilets/ showers, they were inspected and maintained 3 or 4 times a day. We had a really lovely stay and will definitely be returning.

We were near the water with all the geese. Would have preferred the opposite side slightly away from the water. Easy access around site. Clean and lots of hot water. Really helpful and friendly. Great for the anglers.

Loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the spectacle of the geese landing and taking off every day. Friendly, helpful welcome. Very clean toilets and showers. Would love to come again. Near enough for various beaches and villages to visit.
