Clear filters Excellent
Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Can't fault the place, the shower blocks are absolutely spotless. The site is great, electricity is on a card so you pay for what you use and the fishing is great, we will definitely be back.
Beautiful area
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 A lovely, warm and friendly welcome, which is much appreciated after a long drive. The lake was beautiful and had lots of friendly ducks and geese. Our dog loved the walks around the lake and the field allocated for dog exercise.
The amenities were very clean - great showers. On site there were three shower blocks, which is always an advantage.
I would recommend this park to anyone who wants to visit the area and that includes people who don't fish. Thank you to the staff for their help.
Great site
Jul 2023 Welcomed on arrival by the owner. Taken to the pitch and advised where the shower and toilet blocks were.
Explained how to operate the electric meter card. The site fertilises are all very clean and modern. The fishing lake is well stocked and there are plenty of pegs. Explained to the owner that I wanted to fish so he gave us a pitch next to the lake.
We will be returning, very peaceful, very clean and very friendly.
Fab place to stay, we will definitely return

Our first time in the caravan and so glad we went to Gatton Waters as they were very helpful and polite. Even took the trouble to explain a cross country walking route to Castle Rising, which was a great 6-7 mile walk.
Will definitely return!

Excellent site
Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Excellent site but we felt that the electric hook up was a bit steep - £13.60 for a 4 night stop. We were surprised as we were out most days, no heating just boiling the kettle and toast.
An extremely quiet and restful site
VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 We were given a friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival.
The site was extremely quiet & peaceful. We had a lakeside pitch & it was lovely to watch the ducks & geese around the lake. A variety in positions of pitches, which would suit a variety of different choices- view of lake or corn fields!
The toilet/shower/washing-up facilities were dotted around the site. It was clear they had been newly refurbished. The water was very hot & the showers were great.
Would recommend.
Just what we needed

New showers and toilet blocks were very clean and worked well.
Mark the owner was very helpful and let us choose where to site our van.
Dog friendly with a separate play field. Lacked phone signal.
Excellent campsite
Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 We had a fantastic time at Gatton Waters campsite. Very spacious site.
Beautiful location with great wildlife on site and lots of places nearby to explore. Highlight was definitely Titchwell Marsh RSPB where we saw marsh harriers, hundreds of avocets at very close proximity and black backed godwits, and other more common birds, of course.
Shower block was clean and warm. Dog exercise area was great for our dog who prefers to run around off the lead. Highly recommend.

Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Lovely pitch right by the beautiful lake. Great toilets/showers. Peaceful and lovely. Brilliant fishing. A real favourite site.
Only negative is Canada geese mess, but doesn't put me off
Quiet site
Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Mark, the owner, was a really good guy and very helpful, just taken over the running of the site from his elderly father, and shows improvements already. A quiet site.

Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 3rd time here and again everything as it should be. Fishing was great. I would recommend you bring insect repellent as my partner was absolutely eaten alive, but I guess she tasted good.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 A very welcoming host with a real sense of wanting the site to be as accommodating as possible. He was keen to share not only how the site is set up now but also the plans for next year onwards.
Very clean and tidy all round the site and especially the toilet / shower blocks. Ideal location for accessing the area's 'jewel', Sandringham, but also for locations on the coast, Hunstanton and further afield to Holkham, Cromer et al.
Site is lovely
Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 Site is lovely and clean and easy to find and good value. The only thing was that check in was a bit chaotic as lots people turned up at the same time and electricity was on a card meter so we had to wait to get this sorted.
Mark was very helpful but may need a bit more help with people turning up and sorting out pitches.
Lovely stay
Twin Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 Just had a lovely Easter break at this site. Owners are really helpful, friendly and hardworking. Toilets and showers are clean with piping hot water and most pitches are sited around the fishing lake.
We've just booked again we liked it so much.
