Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Very lovely site, unfortunately with the weather we have, there is not a lot for children to do. Is it possible to have play area?
On the positive, facilities provided are good, as tourer just need to plan well in advance for any eventuality. Nearest shop, approximately 2.5 miles.
To the owners, well done with existing facilities, however hope you can further invest in the farm to make an even better site.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Really well-kept, beautiful campsite. Showers etc are extremely clean and well-presented. Great walk to the sea through the peaceful countryside.

This was my 9th occasion in the motorhome and definitely my fav location so far. Miles of empty beaches, great for dogs.

Peace, quiet, lovely walks
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 A very quiet, clean park. Lovely for some peace and quiet. Be aware when tide is in there is no beach, and during seal pipping time an amazing place to see the seals, must keep dogs on a lead at all times on walks around the park. However there is the fabulous coastal walk on your doorstep and plenty of fabulous dog friendly beaches a short distance away. Lovely riverside dog walk around the park.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Apr 2023 The pitch that I was allocated was no good as the ground sunk, so had to go on concrete outside a barn. Had elecric and water.
It was a lovely 3 day stay and the staff were amazing.
Was good apart from the waterlogged pitch.

First campervan trip
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2023 We chose the campsite as we wanted to view the seals. We weren't disappointed as it was only a 15 minute walk away through the farmlands.
Lovely farm
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2023 Lovely little farm. Our pitch was on the driveway to Farm Court Yard, but we had lovely views of the long avenue tree lined drive, the house, the courtyard and a grasses area with trees and plants.
Nice little reception office with little fish pond out front and very pleasant owners.
Everywhere including the barns and courtyard was clean. The bathrooms were amazing (just be aware of the timer on the showers) but still was very pleasant, hot, roomy and enough space to change.
Disappointing start Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2023 I was a bit disappointed to just be told "pitch number 1". My hose wouldn't reach the water point as it was all roped off. We found the shower and waste points but it would have been nice to have been told on arrival.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2023 Brilliant location. Peace and quiet with easy access to Horsey, where the seals are. There's also a nice pub down the road, The Nelson, good food and very friendly.
Short beach break
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2023 Really close to the beach, which is dog friendly. Dogs had a brilliant time. Site was quiet and clean.
No heating in shower room Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2022 Cold in the shower, no heating. We were parked in farm yard and there were no views from our pitch. The owners were friendly but we probably wouldn't return.
Well maintained and a 15 minute walk from the sea
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2022 A well kept farm location for camping, with beautiful surrounding Norfolk Countryside and only 15 mins walk to the beach.
The owners were friendly and eager to answer any queries. I visited during winter so only the hard standing locations were available, but they have fields next door set up for use during the summer for wider ranges of camping. The farm was quiet and well maintained and only curious sheep watching as you walk by.
If you have a self contained camping set up and you want to visit Norfolk then this is a great option.
Peace and quiet
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2022 Booked a three night stay over Christmas as we wanted a site close to the coast as it was our first stay with our motorhome, we really couldn't have picked a more perfect site.
We were pitched on a concrete surface adjacent to the EHU and fresh water and within a few yards of the facilities. The facilities were excellent, clean and very well presented all located in a dedicated area inside the building.
The walk to the beach was less than a mile away and was a very pleasant walk to Happisburgh. The circular dog walk route was very pleasant and well sign posted.
Overall a wonderful site, very well presented, a nice welcome and superbly tranquil. Thoroughly recommended.
